Just moved to town; Realtor shared this recommendation. AC stopped blowing on 90’ day. Ed sent technician out same day. Problem was a loose wire in the thermostat. Truly appreciate the honesty!! While here, also did AC tuneup & installed Nest thermostat. Very reasonable price. Fiebrandt has a new customer for life!

Wednesday 12/27/17 5pm about 20 degrees outside of course our furnace stops working. after calling anyone in the area with a 4 plus reviews and realizing that the earliest anyone could come out was not until Friday. we called Fiebrandt hvac desperate to get heat back on as it quickly started to drop inside the house. They answered the phone and after a short conversation they said they would send someone over within 15-20 minutes. Jim showed up at our door very professional, polite, friendly and honest quickly trouble shooting our furnace and had our heat up and running. We had a few questions for him and he took the time to answer them. We are very glad that by pure chance and luck we contacted them and we hope our review helps other families feel comfortable contacting them despite the lack of reviews they have on google. they have earned our future business.

Hank and Matt came within 15 minutes and changed out the inducer motor. Ed called me with the replacement motor price. Fast, reliable, and knowledgeable. Every neighborhood needs a Fiebrandt HVAC. Very pleased 😀

I’m so grateful for your swift and kind response to my furnace not igniting on a chilly day. Especially after my home warranty company couldn’t diagnose the problem. The issue ended up being odd and unexpected and I’m very glad you figured it out and I have heat now. I’ll be calling Fiebrandt HVAC for all my routine maintenance.

Outstanding customer service, professional staff. Quick response to replace water heater at very reasonable price. Servicemen left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. Highly recommend this company.

Scheduled an appointment for service and technician was a no show. Company said tech was on the way, just running behind. No follow-up or apology from Company. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend Fiebrandt.

Fiebrandt hvac did a great job with humidifier replacement and rewiring. The furnace has never worked better I highly recommend this company .

Excellent service, I would definitely recommend them. I had a problem with my boiler on a weekend; they were out there & got it fixed right away for fair price. Great service, friendly, easy to deal with.
