Bogdan has forever lost my business and I do NOT recommend them to anyone. Serious integrity concerns…. I was unimpressed with the technician, Oscar, that came to service my home. In fact, it wasn’t even “service” at all. I prefer the term: disservice. It seemed that this guy hated his job and did not want to help us out. He FAILED to identify the issue, FAILED to inform us of his findings, and FAILED to offer a resolution. We were in need and this company failed to come to the rescue. He was not friendly or caring towards me in any way. I questioned his integrity and workmanship that he did what he charged me. I was hesitant to even pay the man. It’s such an uninformative and unfortunate experience given the long years Bogdan has.

Engaged with Bogdan and Co to replace and install new AC units. They are very responsive and professional with their approach. Enjoy using a small private company like Bogdan. All the guys have been great and Barbara is a very personable and caring dispatcher. Give them a shot!

We had a new furnace and water heater installed last Fall. We were very happy with the job that was done.
We called on Monday because a plastic pipe was disconnected from what we thought was connected to the furnace. A picture of the problem was sent by text, and it was determined to actually be connected to the AC.
An appointment was scheduled for someone to come out on Wed. We were kept informed of any changes in the schedule before the technician came.
The technician was on time, and the problem was taken care of quickly. We were pleasantly surprised to be told there was no charge. The technician said it would be waived due to the warranty on the furnace.
We will definitely be using this company again. Great customer service, and an honest and trustworthy company.

Had Bogdan out to repair & fine tune our A/C units and they were so fantastic. Timely, clear, kind and did such a great job. They’re our HVAC go-to’s now!

They were able to get us an estimate within 2 hours of calling on a day when it was 33 degrees after 3 days of being in the 80s. That's when our furnace finally died. They were out with an estimate and less than 24 hours later we have our new unit installed and running. The crew was on time, professional, and polite. Not to mention their estimate was about $700 less than the service we'd been using for 15 years. They have a new customer for life! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

Everything started in a cold December morning. The old furnace just stopped. After I called a bunch of Heating & Cooling companies in my area, only Bogdan's company responds immediately and fit us in their schedule that same day.
Very skilled, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and absolutely professional!!! He did all his best to give extra life on our 30+ H/C system for another 2-3years.
We appreciated his honest advice to get a new Furnace and A/C. Bogdan helped us choose the one that fits perfectly right as a quality in our budget.

Great communication from the start, they were here 30 mins after being dispatched. Oscar was a great service technician, and did a great job. Igniter was replaced in mins. Thank you again. I would highly recommend their company.

Another company came out and looked at the unit and said that the motor was no good and the whole unit would have to be replaced. Called Bogdan to come out as a second opinion and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hr. I would recommend them to anyone if asked!!!
