Service Express Heating and Air Conditioning

Kenny did his usual efficent and great job. We've used Service Express since buying this house in 2006. Always a pleasure!

They contacted me to be sure I was home, and they sent the tech in the earliest part of the appointment window. Rudy knew what he was doing and was polite. This was just a clean and check for my Carrier furnace.

We are long time customers, but recently needed a repair due to a mistake another company made with our boiler installation a decade or more ago. Our house is over 100 years old, so things are seldom simple, and the first configuration of pipes Service Express installed left us with banging pipes. I could not be happier with the way they responded to the problem. Alex was over the same day I called. He took care of the issue, and then taught me how to maintain the system until the pipe installer could get back (the problem was not dangerous, just really irritating). The final repair was scheduled fairly quickly, and the problem was resolved without further charge. They are reliable, respectful, and skilled. Everyone wants an easy fix, right? These guys are up to the challenge even when the solution isn't the easiest!

I want to speak to their beautiful customer service, which is becoming more and more of a rare commodity these days.
I had a frustration with an experience and Sara was so pleasant and received my complaint. not only that, but she took the time to truly take the issue to her manager, AND then called me back to let me know they had received my complaint and was willing to work with me.
(By the way, the service technician was wonderful and professional, it was another issue entirely.)
It's that customer service and being willing to work WITH the customer that speaks volumes. They didn't give in to my demands (which they shouldn't) but instead they showed me they value my customership.
Again, that kind of customer service is gold these days.
I would have likely not offered a comment here and just been cranky and frustrated and gone to find another company. But this little gesture of professionalism and courtesy is what prompted me to add to the comments.

I have been with this company for 21 years and not only have they kept our heating and cooling systems working past the typical life expectancy, but every single service person has been stellar. They know their stuff, solve the problems, and you know they care about you. Highest recommendation!

1/13/22 Service Express technicians came and installed a new boiler for us. Went flawlessly. They brought two heaters, but they probably weren’t really needed. And it’s several hours before they said it might be finished. Totally happy.

Been using Service Express for 25+ years and have always been satisfied be it an emergency, new system install or routine maintenance checks. Techs are always courteous, knowledgeable and professional. If you don’t wait till last minute routine checks are scheduled with little wait time. They also send reminders for maintenance checks which is always a plus. Hans the service tech is absolutely the best !! Knowledgable and all around nice guy. Service Express is lucky to have him.
