I thought Service Express did a fantastic job, from quote to installation. They were not the least expensive (out of 4 quotes) but we felt Jim’s quote, based on his thorough evaluation of our needs, made the most sense for our situation. Then within a week of our deposit, they sent out two of the BEST guys for the complete removal and installation all in one day! Jesus and Ricardo worked great as a team, they were polite, efficient and cleaned up better than I Expected.

We have used this firm twice after getting a glowing recommendation from a friend. We are so glad we did! They are not the least expensive firm but the knowledge and the quality of the work they do is superb. Alex, the owner, is passionate about making sure they find any problem and address it appropriately. His workers are also hardworking and dedicated. Alex has come to help them when there is something challenging about the project OR when the heat in our attic was so high that he wanted to check on his technician and help him get the work done. We have learned that the manufacturer of an HVAC system is not as important as who and how it is installed. These guys are 5 star!

Cedric and Kenny performed warranty work on my boiler, they ran a combustion test at the end and identified addition parts that need to be replaced. We are waiting on the parts so Cedric can come back to fix the remaining problems. Cedric is knowledgeable and professional.
