Five stars isn't nearly adequate for the level of service and responsiveness we received when using Hoveln! We were selling a Farmhouse built in the late 1800's that needed a variety of work plumbing work before it could be listed. I was working with many contractors for different problems we needed fixed but Shari and Jeff were at the top of the list for their promptness in replies, attention to details and willingness to dive into a complicated job...with a price that was very reasonable for the work done. Work completed was on time, tidy & professional and I found them to be super easy to work with - Thank you to your entire staff - without you we wouldn't have been able to have sold our generational family home with such confidence!

First time calling this company. They charge $25 to come out and wanted a total of $160 to fix absolutely nothing on my water heater. They asked for over 100 additional dollars to clean it. The representative felt insulted because I did not agree with his practices. Then he got mad when I asked him to revert it. He went back in my basement and did it without me monitoring him. I do not trust them and you shouldn’t either.

I had a really great experience with the Hoveln team. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional- you can tell they have a lot of experience. They were easy to get in touch with over phone to discuss the problem (moisture in the wall in front of my chimney), quickly scheduled a visit to evaluate the problem, sent over a quote immediately, and then came back in ~2 weeks to fix the problem. They had to install a chimney liner, which required cutting a hole in a wall in the basement next to the furnace. They worked efficiently, cleaned up any debris from the wall, and left everything in perfect condition. They were also extremely polite and friendly. I will definitely reach out to the team again for any future issues.

Hoveln is always professional. Shoes are always covered when they enter our home. Smiles always greet us at the door. They clean up after their work is complete and review the area with us to ensure we have no questions or concerns.
Recently, our water heater was replaced by Brant. He even made an emergency stop at the house while we were out of town when our adult daughter noted we had no hot water. Their team is responsive and always provides us with the highest quality equipment. I would not consider using anyone other than Hoveln for our heating, cooling and plumbing needs.
AC/heating/plumbing can be pricy, but the quality and maintenance received by Hoveln makes it the classic saying, "you get what you pay for". It is worth it to our family to spend the money to have the quality that Hoveln provides to our home and family.

We have worked with Hoveln Heating and Cooling for 32 years and have always been impressed with their service. Recently, we needed to replace our Geo Thermal Unit. Each part of the process from ordering to installation was extremely smooth for us. All of the technicians were professional and knowledgeable and worked hard to get us up and running during this extreme heat.
Over the years we have always appreciated the ways that each technician and the office staff have taken good care of us and that is why when we needed to replace our unit we didn't look anywhere else. We highly recommend Hoveln's.

I have worked with Hoveln Heating and Air Conditioning with my heating and air needs for years. This time I needed a whole new system as my AC could no longer be repaired. I took bids from 3 different companies and they have remained the most reasonable and had things in stock to get started and finished right away. They did a great clean up job after and disposed of my old systems for me. I can't believe how efficient my new system is. Hoveln's will always be my choice.

We just bought an older home, and felt like the AC wasn't working as well as we'd like in part of the house. Jeff Hoveln came out to have a look at how our ducts and A/C system was set up, and gave us some ideas about how to improve things, which was super helpful. He also noticed that our air conditioner had gotten quite dirty (previous homeowners let plants grow up around the unit) so we had a tech come out to do some maintenance. Everyone we spoke to with the whole company was very professional and nice, and the service seemed very affordable. We will definitely be calling them again for any more HV/AC issues.

Trent and the team took great care of me when they came to my house. Was struggling with a humidity issue in the home, and the difference is now night and day!
