Hoveln Heating & Cooling LLC, Inc. is a family owned business run by Jeff and Shari Hoveln.. They are both pleasant to work with and always go above and beyond.

I have been a satisfied customer for 19 years. Hoveln installed my HVAC and plumbing. They inspect my equipment twice yearly and are there for me if an issue arises.

The Office Staff is curteous and knowledgeable. They always take the time to work with me to make an appointment that fulfills my need.

The Installers are always punctual and pleasant. They are knowledgeable and very patient. They take the time to explain the operations of my systems

I love Hoveln, which is why we have a service contract with them. They are not only responsible and professional, all their techs are knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.

I have dealt with Hoveln for a number of years since they installed a new furnace for us. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and efficient. We have used them for spring and fall service visits ever since. The technicians are very courteous and friendly and I would recommend them to anyone.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. After leaving an unflattering review for poor service, we were threatened by the company that they would withhold information we paid for until I removed my review!

Tech told us our system was perfect during a tune-up and then the system stopped working 2 days later. We were told the heat exchanger was defective after the tune-up checklist marked it “good.” When it stopped working they were infuriating to work with as they are most certainly not open 24/7. At 10pm I was told I couldn’t get a call back until 6am while I was trying to figure out if there was a CO leak.

The couple of techs that came to my house were incredibly nice and professional. However Renee was infuriatingly rude.

I was very pleased with the work Hoveln did in replacing both of my home furnace and A/C systems. They performed the work in exactly the timeframe they estimated, and the workmanship is top quality. Their installers and techs were knowledgeable, thoughtful and efficient. Because I have a background in commercial HVAC work, I appreciate their work more than most people. My upstairs furnace, located in the attic, was particular difficult - with restricted access and room to work. The Hoveln installers slightly relocated the new furnace compared to old, allowing more room and making it much easier to change filters now. I recommend Hoveln to anyone looking for quality systems installed by top-notch people.
