The technicians that came out were professional and knowledgeable. They explained the process every step of the way, and showed before/after pictures of my air ducts. Quality Air is definitely the company I would recommend to everyone!!! They do not half step and they take their time to get the job done right.

I was very happy that I was able to schedule everything 100% online, that was great. My receipt was emailed to me, confirmations, everything...no messing with phone calls or voicemail. I was not crazy about my laundry room floor being left dirty but there was NO trace of them having tramped in the rest of my house to all the vents. Very professional. My other gripe was that tip calculator button (I gave 10%) calculated tip based on the tax which was hefty. That should not be the case. The attendants went above and beyond to look at my furnace when they were told it wasn't working. Just a quick look to let me know it was an HVAC issue. Thanks for sharing the expertise.

The two gentleman that worked on my property were professional and very knowledgeable. They came prepared with test to sample suspicious findings. They gave a few options to remedy the issue, which I appreciated. They were extremely polite and thorough.

I had this done a week ago and was not satisfied with the service at all. The machine they brought in first of all, was all full of dust itself and the vents did not get clean. I had to go in with my own vacuum while they were here and show him that I was still getting stuff out and all the vent covers were put back on dusty and not even cleaned off until I mentioned it to the guy. Also they take pictures with their cell phones in front of your vents. This is not what I expected at all and was not a good job pretty much a fly-by-night rushed job to get in and out. I would not recommend this company as I’ve talked to several people where they have a truck outside That have hoses that go into your house, and have the debris go into. Also have cameras that go into your vents professionally not cell phone pictures at Opening up a vent. This week two of my vent covers fell down off the walls because they didn’t even screw them back on and as it fell down all this debris and stuff came out. I just really hope they didn’t screw up my furnace or anything with a coil.

From the start of the job he explained everything before he preform the job, any questions I had he answered it. Great work I highly recommend. I stored the number in my phone for my use as well as if anyone else need your services I will recommend them to quality air duct cleaning. 🤗

Technicians are not properly trained!! I had to call them out 2 times and the vents were not cleaned properly!!!

The guys were very nice and respectful. Gave me tips about changing my filters. Their were not messy and cleaned up behind themselves. I would recommend this company and these guys to my family and friends. I would also use this company again
