Robert came early and did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and professional during the service. This is my second time getting my air ducts clean by Quality Air Duct Clean.

Carlos was awesome...he was very detailed and thorough and explained everything he was doing and always told me what he was going to do before he did it. He took pictures of all the work before and after to show the difference. I also had him install an air purifier and it was quick. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again.

My two technicians were awesome! They cleaned the vents and also the furnace received a face-lift, which Robert made sure was shiny like new!
When they were done...This place smelled amazing!

Update
So I’m just now finding out that Alberto never put my vents back on properly. I kicked the one in my bedroom by accident and it came off. Screws weren’t tightened or anything and I can’t screw them back in. And it was like that for all the ones he did (he didn’t do my basement at all). Either someone needs to come back out or I need my money back ASAP

Was a great experience, was schedule for 10:00am , didn’t come until 10:57am however did call and mention to me that they were running a little behind, which was very nice to let me know they were running behind. Over all great job!!!

He was thorough he explained everything he found and suggested affordable solutions. I shopped around and they offered the most economical package no game playing. They told me up front based on the square footage of my house the price and within 2 days of calling I was scheduled. Great company to work with.
