I was referred to this company by my bf . He didn't have any issues when he had his services done at his place. The guy Carlos D. came and at first seemed to very knowledgeable in which he probably is. I felt like I was being upsold on separate services. I'm a new homeowner and have been in my home only for a couple of years. Before this never been owned a home. There are already insecurities cosmetically, and structurally and things I know I may eventually need to have repaired. He made sure to let me know how old everything was repeatedly, saying how bad things were etc. I was getting a new furnace put in , and needed the ducts cleaned. Prior to me moving in , I'm not sure how long ago a lot of things were done before , me moving in. I stated that , and he kept saying it. Even down to mold. He stated he could leave a pamphlet etc. Didn't leave one, Things were not really clean after he was done. Even down to payment time, he's like I know you wanted to pay over the phone but , I really can't leave until you pay. To me that was an insinuation that I wasn't going to pay. With my anxiety already being high about my place, it was just a lot and very stressful.

The company is really great. I used them to clean my air ducts and dryer vents. They were professional and courteous. Carlos and Alan answered all my questions and concerns. They were very detailed with their work. Carlos even helped me with my nest thermostats. I will be using them from now on.

Pedro, our service technician, arrived on time. Pedro was very friendly and explained what he would be doing during the service and what I could expect while he was at my home. Pedro was thorough and clean every floor and return vent. Pedro showed me photos and checked to see if I had questions. When I called to get the estimate, the owner explained the services, cost and time-frame to complete. I can feel a difference in the temperature of our house and for the first time in a long time, I didn't wake up sneezing.
