Very impressed w service today!!
They were amazing & very patient.
It was a year & they returned to service my filter. We have breathed cleaner air!! I highly recommend them!

Where to even begin. We have had construction at our home for the last 7 months and cleaning our air ducts has been the worst experience.

-Told it would take two hours, it took over 5.
-Had to ASK technician to wear booties on our brand new carpet and floors.
-Dirt Smudges on freshly painted ceiling.
-Scratches on our hardwood floors that were refinished two weeks ago.
-and the kicker…. Being charged taxes on services rendered

Update: I was contacted the day after my appointment and talked to Dean. He was very apologetic about my experience and wanted to try to make it up to us. It really seems like he cares about giving great customer service and keeping up with his company’s good reputation. Thank you, Dean.

Robert showed up and explained what he was going to do, answered some questions, and got to work.

Jose did an amazing job, he was very thorough, professional and explained everything. Give them a call, great price!!! They also cleaned out the dryer vent and took before and after photos...you can see the big difference!! Would definitely use them again.

The two techs (Carlos & Jonathan) did a great job in not only carrying out their duties but also shared lots of great educational information. I was very impressed with their valuable insights and storytelling to support the ongoing issues as well as their remediation plans. Probably one of the best service experiences of my life! Carlos, the technician that did the work went above and beyond! On one of the hottest days of the year, he went into the attic crawl space in order to do a very detailed job on the ducts. I cannot recommend this company enough!!

Allen and Robert were the technicians that came out to do the work. They were extremely polite and professional. They walked me through what they would be doing and what to expect. They did a great job and I look forward to using them again in the future.

Quality air duct cleaning is a great company. No surprise pricing. What they quoted was exactly what I paid. They text me indicating that Pedro was on his way, that was a nice touch. Pedro shows up within the timeframe and was extremely professional and actually cared about my property. He made sure the floors didn’t get scratched and explained what the process to me. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone that needs their ducts cleaned. Overall this is a great company with great pricing!

The guys used what looked like a giant vacuum with a spinning brush attached. They only shoved the line down the vents but stopped when they got to the basement. They never did the basement trunk lines. I have pictures of my duct work still filled with dust. I Do not recommend using them.
