Top company and very easy to work with. TDH are very professional and addressed several issues that I had with my HVAC system that was installed poorly by another contractor. TDH addressed and fixed all the issues, their work is excellent and price is very reasonable. The service team are knowledgeable, punctual and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them and will be using TDH in the future for all HVAC needs.

After getting 10 quotes from various contractors for a new Trane furnace and AC install, we decided to go with TDH due to their competitive pricing and honest approach throughout the bid process. Tim H. (owner) was very patient and responsive in addressing all my follow up questions and making sure I was comfortable with the job (i.e., no-pressure sales approach).

The installation took approx. 14 hours with a crew of 4 but the guys made sure everything was cleaned up properly before discussing final payment.

My water heater went out the same day as their install so one of the guys was able to provide a reasonable quote to me on the spot and I ended up using TDH to replace that as well. Thank you TDH for doing an excellent job!

I have to say I was impressed with every aspect of my purchasing experience. After finding them on home advisor the owner texted and emailed me within a couple of minutes. He quoted over the phone and came in a hundred over two competitors but the difference in customer service was clear. Also I prefer Trane equipment which the other ls didn't carry. Bernie and his crew were on time and got my furnace water heater and ac unit all replaced in a day they worked very efficiently and honestly happy to not have to worry about appliance failure causing damage in my home or having to deal with them not working. They didn't have time to do the duct cleaning but came back the next day so can't complain about that. Working with these guys has been a very pleasant experience would definitely recommend.

I got 5 quotes for a new furnace and AC in Uptown Chicago and TDH was the lowest and most responsive. Tim responded to my questions and got back to me over the weekend. I hired them and they installed the new units that week. His team was professional and did a great job and I would definitely hire them again.

Called TDH for a furnace issue over this past winter. They were so responsive and awesome for that issue that I called them again over this extremely hot Memorial Day weekend for a problem we had with our A/C unit. They were at our house within a few short hours and had the problem fixed immediately. Julio was very professional and helped explain the issues in detail to me so I would know what to look out for in the future if anything happened again. I really appreciated his honesty, and he really didn’t try to up-sell me on anything. These guys do not disappoint!

TDH really made this - replacing an old HVAC system - an easy and smooth process for us. Our old furnace conked out during the polar vortex. We had done our research so sort of knew what we were looking at when talking with Tim from TDH. He was really helpful in thinking through my options and making some recommendations. We ended up buying a Trane furnace and AC unit. Bernie and colleague were here a full day to install. They worked diligently, hardly disturbing us at all, all day long. What a big job! But you would never know as they kept it all quite and contained. Bernie was really knowledgeable and helpful and took time to make sure we had all of our questions answered. So far, really glad I went with TDH (both cost and service wise).
