TDH is the best! The guy's just left Gelisio and Dimitri, they've been here all day from 7 a.m. I am so impressed with their knowledge and technical skills! They replaced my boiler unit and I don't think I could be happier! Scheduling was quick and the price was right! They went above and beyond my expectations. What a stellar company! So if anyone reads this and are looking for a company to do heating or Cooling business with look no further, this is the one!!!

I left a message with TDH early in the morning and they got back to me within the hour. They scheduled an appointment to diagnose the problem the same day and when it turned out I needed a new HVAC they were able to install it the very next morning. Everyone I worked with was helpful and friendly. I was pleased with the service I received and will definitely give them a call if I have any future problem.

I got bids from almost 10 contractors for a new boiler and hot water heater system for my house. TDH was the cheapest in the lot but that was not necessarily a good thing in my mind. The last boiler had been in place for a decade longer than I have been alive and I wanted to do the right thing with a trustworthy company with a system that would last.

TDH discussed different options with me for weeks as I was indecisive and was extremely helpful at evaluating different systems. I finally chose a system and went for it.

At this point I was pretty terrified. I had talked to references that he had given me and researched the company but I was about to spend well almost 15 grand and they were the cheapest of 10 companies by far and well... I was scared.

The guys arrived exactly as scheduled and completed the work with a level of detail that exceeded my wildest imagination. In just a few days they removed 100 years of dysfunction from my house and did an absolutely spectacular job. There were a few minor issues as you would expect with a project like this and they returned promptly to take care of them.

The sub contractors that they used for electrical and plumbing were top quality and every part of their service exceeded my expectations.

The village inspectors were even more impressed with the installation than I was which is an excellent sign. Neither the plumbing nor HVAC inspector had a single negative comment about the installation.

I highly recommend TDH and will definitely use them again for my future HVAC needs.

Great experience! Called on July 4 (a national holiday), estimate in hand on July 5, installed on July 6. Very fair price for installation of a Trane (premium) product. Installers were quick, on time and very professional. Customer support, Jim, was straightforward with estimates and honest about my needs. Would recommend to anyone at anytime for any HVAC needs.

TDH has been my go to for all things HVAC since 2011. They are knowledgeable and the service is great. I have used them for emergencies and annual maintenance. Plus they have worked with me to replace 2 old furnaces as well as air conditioners.

I began researching Central Air Units in 2015. I could not find the unit I wanted or the price range that was within my budget. I found TDH via Home Advisor website. I immediately got a call from the owner, Tim on a Sunday as well as two other calls from other companies. TDH had what I was looking for and the the price was right. My unit was installed within two days. Wonderful experience!!!

Bernie (installer) and his assistant showed up promptly at 7am to remove the old furnace (a Williamson Temp-O-Matic built in 1978) and replace with a new Trane + Aprilaire humidifier. The guys were very polite, worked fast, and seem to have done a great job--the install is nice and tidy, the work area nice and clean, and we have heat again! The owner, Tim, was also extremely helpful throughout the process. Overall very happy with the service provided by TDH. Updating my review after our A/C also went out and had to be replaced. After tossing $450 at the old unit trying to breathe life back into it realized it was a lost cause and had TDH install a replacement A/C unit. They were able to work us into their schedule last minute and perform the installation on a sunday, which allowed us to narrowly avoid a 3-4 day hot spell with a newborn in the house. Just as with the furnace, A/C install went well and looks like we'll have no problem keeping the house cool this summer. Thanks again TDH!

I emailed for a second opinion on a Monday night, and had the proposal estimate in my inbox by 11am the next day! This saved my husband and I 3k dollars, as TDH's proposal was much lower than Four Seasons and the gave us a 12 year parts/labor warranty. Rolando was awesome, and even worked to get the new unit installed in the rain. Thanks TDH!
