After 10 years of wrestling with my AC unit I had to call someone. I am so happy with McNally's AC service. Esteban was early by 30 minutes and was very nice. He welcomed my questions and explained what went wrong. He said I will be needing a new AC unit but repaired mine in a way to last me another year since not only did I not have the money for a new unit, but it was going to be awhile before they could install a new one (they are busy, as with most places.) Anyway, Esteban fixed the AC, which gives me a year to save for a new one. He knew exactly what was wrong and took care of it quick. I am really happy and will use McNally for heating and AC always. They care about the customer and make sure things are right.

TDH was the best decision I could have made for my furnace and C/A purchase. From the start Tim was extremely interested and helpful in informing me and making the deal work for me. Then Jackie processed my order, making sure the financing of the job was just what I wanted. On installation day, Mark and Jose were on time, hard working and informative. When they were done the job was excellent , neat, and just as it was explained to me it would be. Add the best warranty I found available, ( far and away the best bar none) and you have as I said at the start, the best decision I could have made. Great Job, and thanks to all.

I highly recommend TDH Mechanical. They replaced my old furnace, A/C, and water heater, adding a humidifier and smart thermostat. Tim the owner, came to evaluate my needs and explained what he was recommending. He never tried to sell me on anything above what was best suited for my townhome. The price was fair and reasonable. He even takes care of any applicable rebates for you, and builds that into the final price. His excellent crew was prompt and professional, removing old equipment and installing new in. Before they left, they made sure I knew how everything worked. I’m really happy with the new quality equipment, and with the first-rate service I received from everyone at TDH Mechanical.

I bought a house where TDH was used to install all new HVAC system with the warranty passed down. I called, them but was initially unable to get through. Reaching them online, my repair was scheduled for the immediate next day! two components of the AC system was repaired and the system restored to full function at zero cost to me! The Service technician was also on-time and generous with helpful information. Thank you TDH!

Asked for a quote to install a new furnace. Tim gave me the best price I can find. Furnace was installed the next day. Jose and Andres did a wonderful job making sure that everything in the furnace works after installation. It was snowing and they were very respectful putting the floor mats so no wet shoes and dirt in my floor. I'm a happy customer!!

We highly recommend TDH! Tim and his crew provided the best service. Our heater/AC combo unit broke and Tim responded to our email via a call the following morning. He promptly came by to take a look at the unit and provided us a quote. He stated his company had the unit in stock and would be able to replace it the next morning. His crew came out the next morning on time and was very professional. They made sure everything was cleaned up once the job was completed. They were very efficient and replaced the unit in less than 5 hours. Now we have heat and we have a brand new unit that will last us a long time! Thank you TDH for a great experience!

I was able to reach Jim right away, and he immediately got me a quote (the best price I found) to replace both of my furnace humidifiers. I was on a tight schedule because of a home closing, so he fit me in the next week. Hector showed up as scheduled, was very friendly and professional, and was very clear about the work he was doing. This was an excellent experience from start to finish, and II would definitely use TDH again.

I contacted Tim regarding replacing my air conditioning unit. I had a couple of quotes from different companies but TDH was the most professional and also the best price.It was a very professional installation and the crew they sent out to do the job were excellent.they said they would show up at 7 a.m. and that's exactly when my doorbell rang. They also have a very good follow up afterwards.I can't say enough good things about this company and I will definitely use them for all future needs.

Exceeded my expectations - absolutely thrilled! Rarely do I give A's but these guys get an A+! Replaced 2 furnaces, 2 A/Cs, and hot water heater. Took my time and got about a half-dozen quotes from both Trane and Lennox dealers. By far, Tim and his team were the most thorough in making sure to recommend the right equipment, installing it properly, and at a great price! Plus the best warranty out there - no fine print or games! A big part of my decision was the number of reviews and how good they were. I could see Tim and his team were conscientious and made every effort to please the customer. Great company - highest recommendation!

TDH is very reasonable with great services. Tim (the owner) spent a lot of time answering all our questions and explaining the differences between the various options. Loius came to our house to provide us with an estimate of the work and was very honest and upfront. He did not try to rip up (we were very new to the process). I asked him about replacing the water heater too but he looked at it and said I can use it for a few more years. They did great work when they were at our house. Tim even called up after two days to follow up and check how things were after the installation and if we had any questions. We would definitely recommend TDH .
