TDH Mechanical, Heating and Cooling Contractors

A couple of summers ago, TDH Mechanical came to the rescue when my A/C , as well as my furnace, needed replacement. I have been extremely pleased with the results. After recently discovering that my old water heater was leaking, I was once again reminded about how wonderful and reliable this company is. I emailed a few photos and explained the “symptoms” to Tim, the owner of TDH, and he not only responded promptly on a SUNDAY, but determined the best replacement water heater, assuring me that it could be installed the next day. Amazing.. The TDH technicians are top notch and their procedures are incredibly efficient. For example, one truck drops off the new equipment and another truck comes to pick up the old. It is a team effort that instills confidence from beginning to end.

TDH did a wonderful job installing our entire HVAC system for our home. Recently a coil had failed and through the warranty they performed great work and replaced the coil quickly and efficiently. We know we chose the right people to install our system when we chose TDH...

Rolando from TDH did a great job servicing our humidifier and heater. Very nice, patient, and took the time to work out a phone miscommunication I'd had about the service. In the end, everything got done for a fair price and it was a very good experience.

I had TDH Mechanical do some basic maintenance on my furnace to get it ready for winter, and was very happy with their service. Ken arrived on-time, was polite, and tidy. He also showed me how to change the filter. I'll definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommended!

I've been using TDH for the last 4+ years. They've installed HVAC systems for me and are always thorough, knowledgeable, and polite during annual clean-and-check service. Early on I worked with the owner Tim and I've seen Ken most frequently. Yesterday I met Orlando for a clean-and-check, who also provided excellent service.

Less than a week ago, my 18 year old A/C crocked. After getting some rather high estimates, and some appointments for estimates for this week, I went to the Trane site and found TDH Mechanical. Tim was very courteous going over what was needed and provided me a rough estimate. He came over later to do a proper walk through and gave me a price that was by far the best I got and we scheduled to have it done in two days time. The guys were here early in the morning as scheduled, were VERY professional and got the job of replacing my A/C and Furnace replaced within a few hours. The job was very professionally done and there was hardly any sign they were here, except of course for my new equipment. I would HIGHLY recommend the company to anyone in the area.

A stellar group of individuals to have work done by. Very professional ,polite, efficient and competitive price. I had a new furnace installed and the old furnace taken out. By an extremely proficient, polite individual named Alfredo. He exhibited the "Old School Work Ethic" that at one time was the American norm. Speaking with individuals from "TDH Mechanical" seems to exhibit the same quality of concern and work ethics. I personally don't believe you could find a better group of people to have work done by!

I had my furnace and A/C replaced. The owner was very straightforward, didn't try to oversell, and was responsive to all my questions. Larry did a great job on the work, staying late to make sure the job was done right instead of rushing through. Pricing was very fair and there weren't any additional fees despite them doing a few small additional repairs.

Hats off to Rolando and Tim for getting my furnace repaired, pronto! Sent Tim an email about 5:00 am and Rolando was at my door by 7:00 am. My furnace had stopped working the night before and my house was in the 50's. Rolando diagnosed the problem and had the furnace back up and running within two hours after he went to pick up the parts. Very knowledgeable, and such fast service. I give them 5 stars without hesitation. This is the 2nd time that TDH came through for me, quickly.

I called TDH at 9 am on a Monday morning because my furnace stopped working over the weekend and would not start up. They said they'd send someone out in the next couple hours and that I'd get a call from the technician when they were on the way. A technician called shortly after and was at my house by 10 am which was great. Reasonable pricing compared to a few other places I checked. They were professional and the furnace was working again when they left.
