Freedom Heating, Cooling & Electrical

To start, I would just like to say I am very proud of my mother for finding this company: I trusted her to look online for a trustworthy business to use. Our a/c went out in the middle of the night and we called Freedom out. They were fast and professional, decently priced, but worth it. Max was friendly and honest, that's how it should be. My furnace was acting up last fall and after numerous recommendations, I called Freedom. I was fortunate enough to have a technician at my house the next day. Genti was very kind, professional, & prompt. He was able to solve our problem within an hour and our unit was up and running. I'm leaving this review because I recently recommended freedom to a family member of mine and she had nothing but a great experience as well. Freedom is your go to company, I promise you. 5/5

We have had Freedom Heating and cooling help us with our heating and AC for several years, both for maintenance and once for something that came up. When we needed their help and were without heat, the came right away, and for a very reasonable. Today, we had a routine inspection, and I had a whole list of questions regarding the heating and AC. Nick was not only knowledgeable, but was patient and able to explain each answer clearly. Over my 60 years we've used several companies, but I can tell you that we've been with Freedom for a number of years, and they are simply the best!

WOW. Great heating and air conditioning company. I've had service done by some of the other big names (4 Seasons, etc) in the past, but Freedom is the best!. They really spend the time with you to answer all your questions and do a thorough check of my system. While I did have a 14 year old A/C system, the technician never tried to sell me in upgrading my system. He just explained it was an older system using older freon but at the time (14 years ago) the bryant system was one of the best on the market. He explained why over the last 14 years Lennox is starting to outperform Bryant, etc. He explained his company sells whatever manufacturer but that their company keeps track of brand maintenance issues, etc over the years. The technician was patient, friendly, professional, and very informative about heating and A/C. I will definitely use Freedom again. They spent over 60-90 minutes reviewing everything on my system and even gave me ideas on how to minimize airflow and thus cool the house faster. GREAT! Thank you Freedom Heating and Cooling. BTW - great pricing for annual maintenance check!

My furnace started making a funny sound for about a week before it completely broke down. I didn't know who to call at first, but after reading multiple reviews online; Freedom stood out. I called them and they were able to send a technician out to me the same day. Rick was very friendly and was able to find the problem out within minutes. The part was dropped off quickly and my furnace was back to normal within the hour. Thank you Freedom for getting the job done right, I now know who to go with for all my future HVAC needs.

Great first experience using this company, recommended by my cousin. They were able to have a tech to my house the same day I called. Will was able to explain the process he was taking to find the problem. Once he found it, he explained my options. I went with the new part, because the price was fair. My heat has been working great ever since. Highly recommended.

Middle of the night Bam! furnace goes out. I called freedom, they send Rick over and my furnace is back into action within the hour. Very professional, Excellent price, quick on the after hours call. I have a new heating & a/c company. Would definitely recommend Freedom to anyone without a doubt.

Very pleased with the quality and professional work by Freedom. Didn't beat around the bush, they were straight forward. The problem was simple, the price was understandable. It was fixed right & now I'm comfortable with my family. I'm glad I checked your Angie's rating; the A+ you guys have is what you truly deserve.

All I have to say is WOW. My parents were super freaked out about having to change our furnace and air conditioning since they are so old. It's all they talked about even on my birthday. My friend from school told me that his cousin works for Freedom so we called them. They gave us a quote and we asked two other places for a price. They gave us a way higher estimate so we knew Freedom was the best bet. Everything's brand new and my parents didn't get their pockets broken. Tell them BRENT sent you if you're reading this!
