My a/c system broke down and the next day freedom showed up and fixed the issue. From dealing with my association to sending paperwork to get access to the roof, they got everything done the same night. Customer service was very nice and professional. Scott, who came out to fix my ac, did a great job and was in and out. Would recommend Freedom for all your heating and cooling needs.

Freedom heating and cooling has provided not only myself, but my friends & family with great service/installations. We all became recent homeowners and HVAC is very important to living comfortably. I should have left this review a few years ago, but it’s better late then never. I have trusted this company with being in my home unattended, even with my own keys. After they finished working, they were even nice enough to drive to my work and drop off the keys. I told them they could leave the keys in the mailbox but they insisted on giving them to me in person. This company goes above and beyond for their customers. My AC broke down so I called the Freedom Heating and Cooling company, they were able to come in that day within a few hours of my phone call. I was extremely pleased with their work and service. I was worried about the cost and how long it was going to take to fix this issue but they came in and knew exactly what to do. The team walked me through the process and we discussed prices which were reasonable. The workers were extremely professional, polite, and their service is exceptional. I since then have recommended Freedom to my friends and some of my coworkers and they have been so content with the service this company offers!

I had a company out to fix my furnace about a year ago, but the same problem happened again. I didn't want to call the same company again so I looked online. Freedom was the company I chose to come out next and I'm happy I called them. Their emergency service responded fast in the middle of the night and they found the problem immediately. The technician showed me the price in the book for the part, it was reasonable. He was able to change the part within 30 minutes and explained to me the process. My furnace is now running smoothly. Had a great experience with Freedom Heating and cooling on my recent service call... saw some great reviews and thought I would give it a shot, called pete the day before and was able to set up an appointment the next day for my service repair. Got a phone call the next morning from the Repair/Service Guy (Willie ) who was able to make it out my way within that hour. Willie was extremely knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the process, he found and solved the problem with my air conditioning unit with ease. I will definitely be recommending Freedom to all my friends and family if ever needed.

He explained everything he was doing as I watched. He was quick to finding the problem and told me my options. The price was reasonable for the new part and he had one in the truck. I needed a new furnace and Freedom was up to the task. The technicians were professional, courteous, and very helpful. The owner was also very fair and accommodating. The new furnace was installed within 24 hours. The furnace is running great and I'm extremely satisfied. The company exceeded my expectations. Thank you Freedom heating and cooling! My grandfather had a problem with his furnace last night and we found Freedom online. Called them in the middle of the night and they came out in about 2 hours. Everything’s working fine now and we will continue to use them for our annual service. Great company, family owned as well. When I left for work in the morning my furnace was working completely fine. I came home at around 5 and my house was freezing. I tried raising the thermostat, but the furnace would not turn on. I called Freedom and they arrived within the hour. Max was very professional and straight to the point. He explained the process in which he troubleshooted my unit. He found the problem out in less than 30 minutes, it would be a simple fix. I was told the part was carried in the truck, it could be replaced within minutes, and my furnace would be completely fixed. I let him carry on with the work and I'm happy I did. My unit is heating up my home perfectly and I'm satisfied with the work by Freedom. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

Barbara T here! Freedom HVAC was highly recommended to me, as my family has used their services for years. I purchased a home and as I moved in, there was no heat coming from my boiler. Little Pete came out and stayed until the house began to warm. He found the problem and repaired it quickly and was able to inform me about boilers, as I have only lived in furnace-supplied homes. 100% professional and courteous!
