My A.C broke and I had no idea what to do about it. I called up Freedom Heating & Cooling and they told me they could come within a few hours! When they came I told them everything that happend and they already knew a few problems off the top of their head. Within a little while they knew exactly what was wrong and before they repaired it we discussed priceing. Their prices were deffinetly reasonable and all of them were polite and professional. At the begining of the day I was so worried that I wouldn't have A.C, and I thought I would have to pay alot to get it fixed, but that wasnt the case! 5 out of 5 stars. Great, Polite, and Professional Service!

I had my furnace and a/c replaced today,and I have to say that from the time they arrived to the end ,they were amazing!!.. very professional, they answered all my questions, were very friendly ,and was very impressed with their work Ethics!!!.. i will definitely recommend them to anyone!!.. Little Pete, Genti and Sarge were very helpful in getting our new heating system installed and working. There were some challenges to our installation but they handled it like pros.

Called these guys when I realized there was a lot of dust accumulating around the vents in my house. They cleaned my ducts at a reasonable price and advised that changing the filter alone sometimes isn't enough. Great service

I had a backed up condensation line that was causing water to leak everywhere when the AC ran. Rick came out and noticed that the line was actually pitched upward (you want it be pitched down so that gravity takes the water away), and the line had become completely blocked up by gunk. He adjusted the line to get the pitch right, and he flushed the line to get the gunk out. Now it is working great.

By the far the best heating and air conditioning company in Chicago. These guys took care of my family when it was below freezing last weekend. Thanks a lot you guys, we will only use you guys.

I called to get a quote on a new exchange unit and air conditioner, and was told over the phone that the building I live in they would not be able to do the work, but advised me on what the price should be were helpful and honest with my questions, and that's hard to find in any company right now!
