This 5 star review is 100% about Jason the tech who came to our home. He was amazing. He went above and beyond in helping us get our heat going when it went out during this polar vortex. He showed a level of empathy and caring that is exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about him. He showed us more kindness than anyone else including our rental agency during this process!

I just can't say good enough things about the company as a whole. I have been using them for about 5 years on an older system. (20 year old Amana A/C with newly replaced Goodman Furnace which they installed a couple years ago). Knowing the age of my A/C I have always left open the option to replace it. In fact both times they have been out to work on it I have made sure they know if it needs to be replaced that is an option.

Today I had to place an emergency call (Sunday) as the A/C completely stopped cooling with 90+ temps outside. Jeff showed up within an hour of the call and found the problem quickly. He took the time to help isolate some return issues we were having as well. Just a very thorough job all together and can't be happier. Thanks to the service tech's at Fritch the A/C looks to be celebrating it's 20th birthday this year after all. Please make sure to give our thanks to all of your tech's for their continued service excellence and professionalism.

Our A/C unit decided to stop on a holiday week of 95 degree highs. Fritch must be staffed very well because they were able to make the needed repair within a day and were very professional, courteous, competent, and friendly. 100% recommend.

Technician arrived right in time at the earliest point of the window they gave me. He was courteous and fixed everything in approximately an hour. The prices were not nearly as bad as I expected. We finally have heat again!

We recently bought a new house a week ago, our AC would not turn on yesterday. We called multiple companies around 12:30am & none were answering, we came across Fritch at 2am & someone was here by 2:30am! We were impressed & will be using Fritch for our annual servicing!

Shortly after having Fritch look into an issue with my furnace ; I was grateful to be a customer with the service agreement plan to cover the problem. I had one of the windings go out in my condenser fan motor. Had that nasty trademark burnt electrical smell and fan was spinning less than half speed. Called Fritch because their decal is on my HVAC as Original Installers.
Told dispatcher I needed fan motor replaced on my Goodman Condenser unit. Didn't have time to DIY. Wanted to make sure tech came out with the motor, or no point coming. Dispatcher said techs carry lots of spare parts on the trucks, but might need to come back to shop. I said no, either come with the motor or don't come, and if you don't have records I'll get you model number. She said not necessary.
Tech came and went, after spending hours "cleaning" my condenser and evaporator unit, replacing my filters that were less than a month old with new ones he happened to see in my basement, and just generally doing everything but what he was asked to do because he didn't agree with my diagnosis. He saw the fan still spinning and I'm assuming decided that it would be impossible for a motor to be "bad" if still spinning.
After a week with no AC, sizing a "will fit" motor from Grainger, doing the work myself anyway, and contesting the Fritch bill, I still ended up having to pay for the "Service Call" portion of the bill because that's the minimum they charge, even if they don't fix anything.
I could handle one screw-up, the Tech, the Dispatcher, or the Billing Rep, but having to deal with all three is unacceptable. I can find nothing pleasant about my experience to recommend.

We had a technician out on 1/7 to look at an issue we were having. A few days after he was here we heard some noises in our furnace. Called again today asking to have someone come out to check our furnace. Derrick came today and fixed our issue at no charge. That was totally unexpected !! We will call Fritch again! Thank you!

They got me a new A/C the same day it broke. They were very quick to get there to diagnose the problem, then got the order and install completed
