My Old Furnace had been giving me problems for the last 5 years. This year was no exception. I called the original company who installed the furnace, and they would not come for 3 days to repair it. Too Busy to get to me. Ugh...it was 18 degrees outside and I had nooooo heat. So, I called Fritch, and wouldn't you know, they were over within 3 hours. They repaired my furnace to get me past a few days to get one installed. They came two days later, and did a wonderful, fast, clean job. They have followed up, and checked back. I can not say enough about their level of professionalism, along with their prompt service, and wonderful array of dependable products. Joe, (salesman) along with the techs are fabulous. I am so glad I went with them. My new Furnace is Keeping me warm for many years to come. Thank you Fritch Heating & Cooling!

Long time customer of 20+ years. We always highly recommend Fritch H/C to friends and family for all of their needs.
Shawn came to see us on the very same day we called for assistance on our AC. He was quick, courteous, explained what was needed and left everything tidy. He showed up wearing a mask and explained all at home reps did also. My mother is 83 and we are very careful. We appreciate his concerns and hope Fritch appreciates Shawn like we do!

Furnace quit working last night. Sergio came out promptly as scheduled today and was an awesome tech. He took the time to explain and completely answer my numerous questions about my furnace. Have already spread the word to friends about my experience with Fritch as customer service was great (and my furnace is back up and running)!

Do not use this company for your service. They came in for Diagnosing my AC system and the technician wanted to replace a part that was not even needed in my model. Stay away from this company. Charged high rates for poor service

My furnace had broke and I was getting no heat last night. They came out yesterday around 730. At least got it working. We still need to order a part but we’re not cold so. I really appreciate them. I really appreciate them coming That late at night and not leaving till about eight. Jason was really friendly and nice. fast and efficient.I would definitely recommend them to anybody who is in need.

Got a new a/c unit last spring from Fritch. The person that gave me the quotes for different models and sizes was very knowledgeable, explaining them easily. They had one of the best quotes also. I was scheduled pretty quickly. The tech that did the job was also very personable and professional. He asked what I wanted and cleaned up after himself. The original estimator came out and gave the tech a hand getting the 1970s ac unit out of the back yard. Very pleased with their service. Cannot say enough about the experience. Thanks!

Furnace went out today on Thanksgiving. Called Fritch without knowing the company and couldn't be happier. Jason, the technician was so gracious and friendly, especially leaving his Thanksgiving. He promptly found the issue and completed the job in under an hour. I would highly recommend this company due to their professionalism and knowledge!!

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. Just disappointed for a few reasons:

1. The tech that came out to diagnose was different than the tech that came out the next day to “fix” the problem.

2. $112/hour for service is WOWZA.

3. The problem was misdiagnosed, and a motor that I did not need was ordered and replaced thus resulting in a job where the problem was NOT fixed.

4. Then I received a bill after I provided them with my credit card #. I was told that payment in full was required at the completion of service, and as the person who pays for the service, I was unable to be on site at the time, so in advance I provided them with my CC.

5. When I reached out to them the 2nd time I received a bill, I explained the result of their “service,” and was met with “I’m sorry that it wasn’t fixed, but the techs did provide SOME valuable services. “ But seriously, $400 to clean the coils and remove a furnace filter?

6. Unable to look it up and tell me if they had already charged me- regardless of the result with no intent to change the amount charged, they are still going to charge me full amount- it needed to be sent to their accounting department for review, either way I would receive an email, AND I’m told- sometimes we humans make mistakes....

7. They had not charged me- but Wow were they quick to charge me!! and the receipt? Well taking my money was their #1 priority. The responsibility of providing me with a receipt, secondary, and I guess they will get to that when it’s convenient for them.

My mistake was choosing Fritch. I won’t use them again and won’t recommend them either.

Fritch, if you’re reading this- I’m not even asking for my money back, just seriously assess the way you do business. Is it about you or about your customers?

I hope this review is helpful to anyone considering.

Called Friday and made an appointment for Monday they said between noon and 3. The tech showed up around 12:30. Within 20 minutes he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It came to 100 dollars after everything. Would definitely recommend and definitely use them for any problem in the future. Quality service all around.
