I called because they were recommended to me, they answered! The man who answered asked for a generic description of the part I was looking for and by the time I explained it to him he said he had one in his hand. He told me the price (which was very competitive with what I found online) and he held it off to the side for my mother to pick up. It was compatible, faster than Amazon Prime, and allowed me to repair my Central air during the heat wave. Happy farm house of 6! (And dogs and chickens.)

Randy went out of his way for a cheap sale this morning for me. It was something small but a rush job to get heat back in my house. He didn't have exactly what I wanted but ended up finding a part that would work. HE called ME back to let me know he had something after a little cross referencing. This is the customer service we are all longing for. One of his competitors downtown could not have cared less to help me. So thanks to South Side Control. You have gained a new customer for sure!

Well stocked supply store for industrial controls, and burner process controls. Very pleasant, knowledgeable guys. They were able to test my honeywell flame safety controller to properly diagnose the failure. Very fair prices as well!
