Bryan, the service specialist was friendly and mindful showing us what the problem was and how to maintain the unit to prevent the problem from occurring in the future. We will use them for service in the future!!

Jeff was very professional. He did a routine service of my natural gas steam boiler. He made me aware of options that I could get to increase convenience and gave me a price but wasn’t overbearing or give me a hard sell. He explained their member maintenance program knowledgeably and double checking my information which was how we found an error before it became a problem.

I had always used a another HVAC company to service my HVAC units . When my AC system began leaking and I called them and they gave me a very high estimate for a repair and the appointment given was also unreasonable.I did some research and Crown Heating & Air Conditioning is the company I called So glad I did. They tried to con a 72 year old lady. The driver was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Even after I was given a price he tried to get more money out of her. And after I canceled he still tried to show up. Worst company I ever dealt with.

Kind of fishy the address they give is a nail salon, don't you think? Tried to physically go there and complain but it was just a bunch of nail techs working there. WTH!!?
