My experience with Crown Heating & Air Conditioning Service was wonderful! We were having trouble with our A/C not functioning. Lois showed up and was very professional and respectful! He did a thorough inspection of our A/C and explained everything very clearly.

We called several AC repair companies earlier in the morning today and the soonest they can stop by was in three weeks. I wasn't surprised. After all, it is summer. After carefully listening to our problems with our heat pump that was not working, Derrick got right to work. He found that the start capacitor and control board were damaged. He repaired the unit and replaced the questionable thermostat wiring. Derrick was very professional and I was impressed by his knowledge and his diagnosis and clear explanation.
