what I have to said about this business is bad. They got a contract from my association in Gateland village. they disconnect my AC unit, without disconnect the wire, them they broke the wire, later on tell the association the i need to pay for a new wire, so they can connect my AC back. that cost me $350.00 dollars for the irresponsibility of they worker.

Great experience from start to finish, and at a great price. Adam was on time and efficient. He was courteous and took the time to explain the maintenance that would be needed in the future with no pressure for unnecessary work.

We had a full AC system replaced. Casey made the process of choosing a new unit and coordinating the installation easy and pleasant. Adam and Jeff did a great job on the installation. All they were on time, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and answered all my question. The job was completed in a day as anticipated; We definitely recommend AMI Air for your next AC job.

Office staff are always responsive to needs. Technicians are capable and well informed. Our technician today was Adam. Diagnosed our problem quickly, clearly explained what happened and told us how to avoid it in the future. And all the time being very patient with our yappy dog. AMI is the place to go for AC needs.

I received quotes from 5 different AC contractors before coming across AMI. While they were not the cheapest option, I was sold on their knowledge, product choices, and unmatched 10yr parts & labor warranty, I do believe you get what you pay for. They were prompt and professional from the start of the quotation to testing and turning on the system. Even though a few issues were encountered during the install (due to my home, not AMI) they handled them well and got the job done right. Will use them again and would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and quality AC company.

So we got this air unit installed 2 years ago. It was a disaster from the beginning. I complained and it’s broken down a few times. Also they destroyed part of the upper area of the connection area and I need to get that fixed. I HATE writing bad reviews but AVOID this company all you can. I hate to write this but since it was installed it’s been broken at least 5-6 times and now there’s a roach issue thanks to the poor workmanship. American Home shield has come to fix it a few times but they left duct tape on the fan and it seems that the unit may have been used prior to when we bought it. Absolutely awful. Attached is the butchering job they did and I’m trying to fix this tiny space

did a great job, paying amazing attention to detail. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that was being done and answered all my question. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly.

AMI installed a new HVAC for us. The unit worked as - hot in summer and cold in winter. Their explanations were - nothing wrong. Called another company and discovered that AMI installed the unit wrong.

I selected AMI because they were local, long term, family run business and had a high rating and volume on Angie's List. Compared with only one other company. An in-law in the business stressed that it's not just the install, you want to make sure the company is there for service and that their equipment vendors are providing good support. Well, thus far I believe AMI has all the bases covered. The pre-sale consultation by Corey was also important to me. Corey clearly knows the industry, the equipment and was patient with all my questions and changes to the quote. He gave me confidence I was making the right choice in unit and company. A quality and clean install, a post install visit and QA check, and they indicate they use equipment (made in the USA) and where they get good support. The install crew of Santi, Stephan & Harold were friendly and accommodating (and prepared for the rain - sorry). A QA follow-up the next day by Adam was great and he let me watch and ask all the questions I wanted.

Mar 25, 2021 Update - Josh came out for our 6 month service check. He was great to work with - knowledgeable, courteous and patient as he let me observe and ask questions about the service and HO maintenance recommendations. Thx. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Josh and AMI

Adam and Stephon did a excellent job installing our new Heating and A/C unit. They were very nice and were tidy, respectful, efficient.
