Been using this company for 8 plus years and they have always been honest and professional. Also the tech William was great. Super nice, honest and fast.

I have been using SMC for 8 years. I have 2 condos and they service both of my units. This company is reliable and very professional. The AC technician Jordan De Freitas is top notch. He’s very knowledgeable and gets the job done in a timely manner. His interpersonal skills are amazing, he’s so kind and patient when dealing with customers like me who are not computer savy or familiar with the latest technology!! He took the time and explained everything to me so that I could understand. He recently installed the Nest thermostat/ system and UV lights in my systems! Thank you SMC and Jordan De Freitas!! I refer this company to my neighbors and they are all impressed and happy with the service that SMC provides. Keep up the excellent work SMC, Jordan De Freitas and you too, Anthony!!!👍👍

I’ve been using SMC for years after a horrible experience with another company and they restored my faith in AC companies! Although everyone on their team that I’ve come into contact with have been great, Anthony is superb and I will wait until he is available for my repairs and maintenance. I love the semi-annual checkups (totally worth it) and this is the only way to insure no major issues form over time because they will, even on new units. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job SMC!

I talked with 12 different companies all taking at least half an hour and all coming back saying the job was outside of their scope. Cynthia came out and looked at it for about 10 minutes, went away and sent me a quote the next morning. Finally someone knows what they're doing! I'd recommend this company in a heartbeat
