Milestone Air

Installed a unit incorrectly and is taking no responsibility for their work. I have to replace a brand new unit because it would cost more to fix their work. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Shimon came on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained our A/C problems and recommendations extremely well. He immediately tried to get us a replacement unit and even though they didn't have one in stock they found one. Andre showed up first thing the following day and he also had so much expertise and .professionalism. He made sure we had cool air quickly! This is the best experience we have had with any of our contractors in Florida! We will definitely use Milestone Air again. You two guys were fantastic - thank you again!!

I got a quote from them on Sunday and they were able to install my new AC unit the very next day. The service was very professional, fast and clean. Getnet was very friendly and showed us our best option regarding price and payment. The technician Michael was very professional and got the job done in no time. Very satisfied with the service provided by Milestone Air!

Shimon had fantastic customer service. He was on time and able to answer all my questions. He sat down with me and explained the options for not only financing but for other services that I would want in the future. The installation appointment was set for the next day after our free inspection. Super smooth process. Expecting the same type of service during the installation process.

Poor communications and customer service. This company was purchased by USA Air Conditioning. The new owners state they do not have to honor the warranties and they state they are "Accommodating' you the customer even though the warranty was part of original sale contract. I had purchased 2 3 ton acs in Jan 2020. On July 4th weekend BOTH cooling fan motors went on the same day. I had no ac for 1 week. USA sent a tech out on Wednesday after holiday. But never returned call with quote for labor on the parts that were covered by manufacturer warranty. Each time I called they were waiting for availability from distributor or they went to lunch or they went home. Today is July 22 still have not heard from them. I called another company on July 6 who obtained the parts and installed them July 7. Do not purchase from USA nor expect them to honor Milestone Air warranties. And their pricing is more than competitors and when you state it is too expensive not competitive they tell you they do not want to set ice your warranty.

I called Milestone regarding an issue with my AC unit, Shimon came out the same day & problem was solved. "Just that fast." Shimon was extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional, He made me feel as if we knew each other for years. I would definitely be recommending Milestone Air to my family, friends
& neighbors.

From the initial visit with Shimon Amsalem to the installation of my A/C unit, everything was very professional. I appreciate their timely actions. Financing was easy. Only issue is I was not told I would need additional (necessary)A/C accessories - the technician took measurements of the A/C return that will be used to house the filter - I am now waiting to have Milestone return to install a filter rack in the A/C return. Overall, Milestone did a great job, the process was quick and simple!

I called for an estimate and the next day they came. The gentlemen were both courteous and gave me full knowledge of my purchase. I didn’t have To ask questions. They answered them all in the presentation. I am sure my new AC and installation along with my service package will be all around satisfied. Thank you For easing my concerns. Installation was also available the next day . That was a pleasant surprise. The price was fair.

We had to called for a new AC installation; Shimon and his team are absolutely the most proficient in customer service! Very pleasant and courteous; their high level of responsiveness was incredible! Hands down the BEST!!!
