AMI is an amazing HVAC provider. Adam installed an APCO-X Whole House Air Treatment Center and did an amazing job. He explained the need for the unit, and the many benefits. He also cleaned our unit and provided routine maintenance. Adam was wearing a mask and was professional in all respects. I highly recommend Adam and AMI!

Had an A/C installed and it recently broke. The fan blade was broke and needed to be replaced. Fortunately the part was still under warranty but not the labor. Was told it would take about five business days to get the part and it would cost $400/hr to fix. Initially, I was not happy with the diagnosis because something caused the fan blade to break and all that was going to be fixed was the fan blade. I was afraid the new fan would break too and I'd be on the hook for another small fortune to repair it AGAIN! That's the impression I got after talking to the first technician that showed up. After calling the office, a second technician showed up to verify the problem. Casey (the second technician) went above any expectation I might have had and not only found a fan blade but replaced the motor too (which was broke too). Casey went out of his way to get parts locally instead of taking the easy way out and just ordering them through normal channels. In the South Florida heat, in August, that was very appreciated. Casey changed this review from a one star to a five plus star review. $400/hr labor fees might be a hard pill to swallow but AMI will ensure you get your money's worth.

I noticed our air conditioning unit was starting to blow warm air on Friday afternoon so I call A. M. I and they came right out. Anil was great and showed me the problem. Unfortunately our unit needed to be replaced (it was no longer under warranty) and the cost to repair it not worth it. He temporarily fixed the problem so we had cool air for the weekend . They were here first thing on Monday. I cannot tell you how wonderful Adam and Nathan were. They kept everything super clean inside the house and out. Super polite and always made sure the doors were closed as to not let our dogs get out. They answered all my questions and told me not to hesitate to call the office if I had any more. A.M.I by far is the best Air Conditioning Service around. I HIGHLY recommend them!

We installed a new HVAC with AMI Air Davie FL last year, and Adam and Austin just were here for our maintenance. The compressor motor was not working and was replaced within our warranty, everything was easy to schedule and working perfectly again. From Rebecca in the office scheduling the appointment to the repair, everything was excellent and highly professional. Highly recommend AMI in Davie FL, there are more AMIs out there, so you need to make sure you get the one in Davie 33314.

We had an old ac for our condo. We got the name from a neighbor who had used them. We had several companies come and candidly didnt have the professional and expertise like AMI. Professional company from all phases estimate to follow up post installation. The owner who came to give us a price for the job always available to answer questions never felt pressure. The people who answer the phones excellent the guys who installed the unit all pros and excellent at doing the work.

I would also like to thank Steven for coming so quickly to resolve my drainage issue with my AC. Couldn't go through the weekend without my AIR conditioning!

I have had AMI air conditioning and service for 4 years. I received prompt service this morning, after my air conditioning stopped working. Steven, from AMI, came out, found the issue quickly, checked and found a new part locally, and provided quick and reliable service to get my air conditioning fixed and working again. He showed courtesy, professionalism, and responsibility to get the job done efficiently. He kept the area clean, as well.
