My original upstairs AC unit finally gave out and needed to replace. Contacted Home and they got right out to give me a bid and explain the options. Also made a new friend when he had dog treats in his truck. They were very upfront and honest. Im running a dual zone system and it was all original to house. After talking it all out and seeing some potential savings by replacing both my systems all in one shot and getting a few extra add ons that others did not include in there bids, I decided to trust in them and couldnt be happier. Everyone on the team from sales, install team, and office have been great. Heating & Cooling systems are a big expense and investment to homeowners but remember you get what you pay for. The whole process was easy, from setting up an estimate with Lindsay, to Andrew coming out a few days later and breaking down the whole process with an estimate, to Steve and Jesus coming and replacing my old system. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any heating/cooling services.

Called about an a/c unit that needed a professional opinion, they sent a tech right out. He was really professional and walked us through our options. I will definitely recommend them and use them for any HVAC services needed.

I used this company for annual maintenance/tune-up. The technician was extremely polite and professional. I had the same experience with the customer service rep who scheduled my appointment. I do not know how fast or reliable they are when making repairs but this experience leads me to believe I can count on them when/if that need arises.

Home Heating and Cooling was great. The employees were very friendly as well as quick and efficient. I have 4 dogs and the workers were so nice to them and did not mind the dogs wanting to meet them. My new AC and Furnace were installed with precision and care. The staff took the time to make it look nice and neat. Logan Walked me through the thermostat and showed me where to replace the filter as well as made sure to answer all my questions. We are moved here from the West and have had some challenges with other contractors in Illinois but we have not had any issues with Home Heating & Cooling. We would recommend them to anyone and we will be using them for all our Furnace and AC needs.
