As a former employee, I loved working with Jim and Heritage. He was the most honest boss I have ever had. He truly does care for his customers and employees. He actually holds to his warranties unlike other companies that I have worked for in the past. Always gave fair prices. I'm going to miss working for this company.

Same day appointment during a very hot spell. Technician, Brian, arrived during the stated arrival window and was polite and professional. He completed tests and repairs in a timely manner. Answered my questions concerning the AC unit.

Just overall grateful for the professionalism and care. We got several quotes to have our whole system replaced, but when Heritage entered the picture we knew we’d be using them. Trent was thorough and responded during an unbelievable freeze. We knew what the likely solution was but he still laid out all the options and never sold us on anything. He let me ask him a handful of questions and really did help me make an informed decision. Veteran friendly company. I’ll never use anyone else.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Brian H. in getting a proposal for replacement of our current HVAC system. Personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. He listened carefully to our current concerns and problem areas and looked at every aspect of addressing our desires to include ducting and number of returns in the house. Not pushy, extremely laid back salesperson who is genuinly concerned about his customers!

We called Heritage on Sunday to look at our system because it wasn’t working properly. They came out within a hour of the call fixed what they could and gave us a diagnosis for the 1st floor. Tyler was knowledgeable and professional.

I had them take a second look at my heater after another company told me it would be 45 days to get parts or I could buy a new heater… they arrived within an hour and found the actual problem which was a cheap fix and the technician had the parts on the truck. Their communication and professionalism were top notch. I would highly recommend.

Got a new HVAC unit for my house and these guys did great. Everyone from the owner to each employee I talked to was knowledgeable and helpful. They did a great job communicating with me and keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Thank you for the great customer service. 5 outta 5 starts.

We called Heritage Heating and Cooling on Christmas eve because my grandparents' furnace broke. They found someone to come out that day and, when they realized the furnace wasn't repairable, scheduled an installation for a new unit 72 hours after that. On a holiday weekend, that's pretty fantastic service! They truly seem like a company who cares, and we will definitely be using them moving forward.

I had my furnace and A/C replaced today along with a new digital thermostat and received excellent service from Larry. He was promptly on time and professional throughout the process. He clearly explain what he would be doing and did an excellent job with clean-up. Very Happy with the service.

Last Summer my AC broke down on a hot day. I called around, and they were the first ones that could arrive. I was really impressed. They communicate well, and even texted me a picture of my technician as he was on his way. They worked really hard to get me options and save me money, and they worked on my very very old HVAC system. They are about to install a new HVAC system for me.

They are veteran owned and many of their techs are themselves veterans. Everyone I've interacted with is friendly and professional.
