When I first looked this place up here on Google and saw that I had a five-star rating I was pretty surprised and obviously skeptical. That has been completely turned around.
Our AC and furnace unit is only 8 years old and when it stopped working I was pretty shocked. They clearly don't build them like they used to. Go figure the company that I paid to install the units initially are no longer in business. We spent $12,000 on the pair 8 years ago. Home heating and cooling has been instrumental in getting this up and running again. Our technician name is Andrew and he was as much as a gentleman as you can expect. The circuit board was bad in our furnace and he ordered it and it took about a day and a day after that he had it installed. But then he realized that it wasn't just the circuit board it was the motor too. That took a bit longer to get. And all I believe it was 2 weeks that we had no AC. Luckily the temperature bounced between 55 and 90° and it never got too hot for us. As soon as the new part came Andrew was on it and got it installed and everything is running smooth again.
Obviously I would expect a huge bill for this but I didn't have that because the parts were still under warranty by the manufacturer so I only paid for the labor which was $300. If I'm still living in the home and these parts die so quickly again I know who to call. Even though the parts won't be covered under warranty anymore I'll be more than happy to give my money to Home heating and cooling

Amazing customer service from the start!! Our tech was Jerimiah. Very professional and kind!! Knew right away what was wrong. Fixed it in 15 minutes. Very reasonably priced as well!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!! Thank you so much!!

Andrew has completed work for us before. He is very good to communicate when he will be arriving, which is such a big help. He is very easy to work with and is courteous and professional. He always explains the issue and what was needed to make the repair.

I called for A/C repair and their technician responded within 3 hours. He was professional and fixed the A/C unit quickly. He also took the time to thoroughly explain A/C upgrades and provided pricing for each level of Lennox systems. I would highly recommend Home Heating & Cooling.

We have always had great service with Home Heating & Cooling. We've always had a quick response time (usually the next day). The technician is personable, reliable, knowledgeable, and always arrives on time at the appointment time (with a text notification when he's on his way). The owners are great people who care about providing quality service at reasonable prices. We're very happy we followed a recommendation from neighbors and had Home Heating & Cooling come out. If there were 10 stars available, I would definitely give 10 stars!

My A/C went out on the weekend and they arrived super quick. The piece they replaced ended up not being the issue and I was able to order the other part but I would definitely use them again. Jerimiah was great.

We have used Home Htg & Cooling for several years. We have been lucky to have found several contractors who do a great job for us, but Home Heating & Cooling is always at the top of the bar! Every employee makes you feel like you are their only customer and they never try to push you to a more expensive option, PLUS they always do what they say they will, at a cost more reasonable than most competitors. They are the best of the best!

Would highly recommend! They installed a new hvac system for me and it was great customer service and everything was completed very promptly. I am pleased with my new system and I will continue to use them for all of my future heating and cooling needs.
