Highly recommend this company. Very professional and prompt. Specifically, Andrew Sims, who has been my technician for the last three times he's come out to my house for my biannual contract, is amazing. He's very polite and knowledgeable. Although I have not actually had repair work done by this company, based on my past experiences I would not hesitate to hire them for any job that were to come up in the future.

I cannot express how happy I am with my service really really friendly efficient smooth service. We've identified a couple issues that I have tracked out for taking care of in the next month or two but I'm really happy with it and I'm super excited to have these guys as my new HVAC and water tank people.

Update: I used them again for my new water heater installation and it went smooth and wonderful and I am really really pleased with the service I cannot recommend this company more just talking to Jeremiah while he was here doing the work there's some future projects I want to do then I'm definitely going to be tapping the team to come back out and help me with.

2nd Update: I just used them again to install my brand new Furnace and while no one wants to shell out the money for that cost, knowing that I was having it done by this team... I knew I was getting above and beyond what I paid for. Again, they arrived on time, service was VERY fast for a furnace install and they are always so very nice. I can't recommend them enough.. they are 100% my go to team for my new AC in spring and other projects down the road.

Attic furnace went out and I had to make some calls. These guys were on it the very next week with what what I think was a reasonable price.

About a week later I busted the main level furncase thermostat, Andrew and team promptly researched a solution for me and had it installed within a few days. Again reasonable price

I highly recommend that you contact this company if you need to clean your dryer and/or ducts. Everybody that I have ever come into contact with have been very professional, clear about what they are doing and fast in completing the job. My dryer is more efficient, dryer vents don't smell like cat urine anymore and I can just breathe easy because no more moldy smell from the dryer vent!

Really friendly tech, explained what needed done and why, and didn't mind my dogs. Would recommend.

2nd time calling this company for check out my AC. Andrew was able to come out quickly. He had notes from his visit in 2021. He compared numbers from his last visit to now, and reassured us that our unit was in pretty good condition. Overall, a friendly and personable guy who provided us with quality service for a reasonable price. We'll only be using Home Heating and Cooling for our hvac needs from now on.

Andrew Sims provides excellent HVAC seasonal maintenance. He's consistently reliable and provided emergency services for our furnace. It was inoperable on a Saturday morning, I called Home Heating & Cooling at about 6 am. They were able to get Andrew out at about noon the same day. I was not expecting such a quick turn around, but I'm very thankful for it. He was able to provide us a temporary fix and showed me how to do the same thing until we decided to schedule services for a furnace installation. Andrew provided a quote for 2 different furnace systems and explained why the variable speed furnace was more energy efficient. He explains HVAC issues well so a common individual can understand. I highly recommend this company and Andrew, he's been doing this for 14 years, and it definitely shows! We've relied on him and the company for roughly 1 year.

Highly recommend. We’ve had HVAC issues for years and knew a complete rip and replace was coming. Andrew at Home Heating & Cooling was by far the best we’ve worked with over the past 5 years of pains. Explained all of our options in depth at multiple price points for what we were comfortable with. Incredibly responsive. Text me back within 10 minutes after normal business hours one evening. Install crew was the exact same way. Exceptional service and experience start to finish. Start time was between 7-8am and they were here and ready to go 15 minutes early. The quick and clear responses and communication is what sold me on paying a bit more for a new system with Home. Extremely helpful, courteous and efficient at installing our new system. Some minor clean up items were missed but I can easily overlook that with how smooth and quick they got to us, and providing us with temporary units to keep us cool until the install was complete. Absolutely fantastic and professional customer service
