I can’t speak highly enough of my whole experience with Home Heating & Cooling! Not only was everyone professional & responsive, but I could also tell they really enjoy what they do. Lindsay is always so kind & checked in on us to follow up from our service call. Jeremiah was very knowledgeable about heating systems and was able to explain to me what was going on with my furnace in a way that I could understand what he was saying. When Steve & the others came to install our new systems, they were all very professional and diligent with the tasks at hand, but also seemed to enjoy working together. I work from home and even with the guys being here during the day, I was able to work like any other office day! Again, they’re great to work with and I cannot recommend them enough!

Jerimiah was great! My AC started acting up last night, called first thing in the morning. Lady I talked to on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. Jerimiah come later in the day on my Lunch break to look at it. Found the issue in a few minutes and was able to get it fixed and running normal in a few minutes! Even gave me tips on how to keep my older outdoor units maintenance(first time home buyer). Highly recommend! Thank you so much.

Jeremiah was very knowledgeable and helpful. What an amazing experience from scheduling our appointment to the technician coming to our home. Everyone we spoke to during this process was so kind. 100% deserving of their 5 star rating.

Update: we have used this service several more times since my original review. When I say this is the BEST company we have ever worked with I am not over exaggerating. They are honest, friendly and knowledgeable. I will tell everyone I know to use this company.

Home Heating & Cooling and the entire staff are absolutely amazing! Not only did they save me from a 58 degree house when it was 20 below outside, they saved me from leaking CO2 in my home! They replaced my system quickly and 4 days before they originally anticipated. Amazing team and fast install! Left my room cleaner than when they arrived! I cannot recommend them Highly Enough! Thank you Lindsay and staff

Tech was on time and professional. Was able to show me issues as well as future issues that will need to be addressed. Work was done in a timely manner and explained in detail. Would definitely recommend to others.

Contacted Home Heating & Cooling for repair of my A/C. Andy answered the call & arrived at my house 30 minutes ahead of his scheduled arrival time. He troubleshot the A/C, ensured the compressor was good & finally filled with freon. It was expensive, however, Andy was pleasant & highly competent. Fast, thorough & efficient.

We recently finished building our new home. Steve was wonderful to work with. We feel like we can contact him at anytime and he would be right out to help us. We truly believe that they take pride in their work and want to do their very best for their customers. They are honest and hardworking people. It was so refreshing to deal with someone we could trust. Thanks again Steve.
