I don't recommend them. I feel like I got ripped off. Forgot to ask about service call up front, ended up being $119 ... EXPENSIVE! Then tried selling me on a service plan and an extra humidifier service for $220 MORE, all to replace a broken $25 humidistat. Do not use, they are only interested in selling yearly service plans. He wouldn't even sell me the humidistat part (that he already had hooked up to test!!) Instead took down and reinstalled onldl/broken one because I wouldn't pay $220 for the " service".

I bought furnace from your company on April 2021 and now the furnace stop working. How it is possible. Now we are waiting from your company call back. It is not fun to waiting without heat while 12 F. And my house is now 50F.

I spoke on July 14th(Saturday NIght) with them about their 24 hours emergency service. Their on call guy called me to check what is the job. After learning that it may be difficult, it turned out that he has 3 other jobs "tonight" and one tomorrow before he can come to us. What was interesting was that he told me that he has to go to 3 different suburbs and will be done around 11 pm which will be too late. I called at 8:30 and even the driving around the suburbs that he mentioned would take longer than 2.5 hours.
We have 4 kids at home with summer heat in Chicago. He could at least tell me that he is too tired and can come in the morning. Why are they advertising 24 hour emergency number ,when that is not true?!
