Dennis was very efficient in determining what was wrong with what was making a noise in our attic. He very quickly got to the work removed the faulty box and came back the very next day to install the new one. Everything is up and running perfectly now. Everything we expect in good service and reliability from Roberts.

The owner, Keith, came to our house today when our air conditioning unit failed during a hot summer day.

Keith diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly. Keith was very professional and apologized for our previous negative experience. We are completely satisfied with their response to our concerns and look forward to using Roberts in the future.

Installed a new Carrier electric furnace and ac. A team of 3 arrived on schedule and had everything installed and operating by 5. Management showed up throughout the day to check on progress and gave input to ensure a professional installation. Also, the installers did EXTRAS to make sure the job was done right. They did not take the easy way out. Overall I am very satisfied with the installation the the performance of the furnace.

Weston was great. He came when scheduled and finished the job as planned. He also spent time explaining how to use the thermostat with the newly installed humidifier. Very nice. I really like Roberts Heating, they're big enough to feel they can cover your needs yet small enough to feel like they really know their customers.

I called to ROBERTS HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING to repair one leaking joint in a copper pipe of my radiant heating system.

They sent a crew for "diagnosis". I knew the diagnosis upfront. It is a leaking joint. The guy spent 3 minutes looking making his diagnosis and charged me whooping 119 $ for his expertise. Best lawyers in the country doesn't have such rates.

I asked for him to provide a quote. He never did. Then 7 days later crew of two arrived for repair leaking joint. I asked what are they are going to charge me upfront. They said around 200-250$. I said OK please proceed then. There were no need for two people onsite to do this repair.
One of the repair crew members was doing pretty much nothing.

After about one o two weeks I got the bill with the following two lines:

1. Failed piping joint diagnosis - 119$ - rip off
2. Repiped as needed with new pipe fitting and valve - 429$ - another rip off

Do not recommend. They lost me as a customer.
Please ask for written a quote, ask how much is "diagnosis" upfront and
do not rely on their integrity like I did.

I've been using Robert's for YEARS simply because they are the best. I became acquainted with them through residential service, but then, as president of our condominium board, I brought them on board to maintain our very complicated commercial equipment. At one point, when we were having heating issues, Dennis, our Robert's technician, went head to head with a mechanical engineer about why his proposal was dead wrong. Dennis had researched the problem, done the math, and presented his findings to the condo board and the mechanical engineer. The board chose to listen to Dennis, and he and his Robert's team solved years of HVAC problems from a poorly designed and installed system. The guys at Robert's are smart, trustworthy, and just nice guys!

This visit was a for a new air conditioning system. We had previously used Roberts for a new furnace, so we assumed a certain high level of performance. We were not disappointed!

Thank you to service tech (Glenn), sales (Dave Jackson) and installer (Brandon Bary). Air went out in the heat of summer. They got to my job as soon as their schedule allowed. I've called on them for semi-annual maintence checks since 2003. Always timely and courteous.
