Tony is a top notch mechanic. My casa is toasty again. He corrected the deficiency involving dust in a hard to see and reach area that I couldn’t access. He tested all the components for continuity. Most importantly he did the job for a reasonable price. He had a shop vacuum in the truck, which was the right tool for this job. My heat and a/c are combined in a single unit. Both are electric.

I called Home Comfort to do an inspection of the furnace and AC units after there had been broken sprinkler line. Juan came out promptly, inspected everything and explained it vey well. He was most professional and kind and did a great job. I have used Home Comfort several times and they always do a top-notch job for me. Thank you Juan!

My experience with Home Comfort was absolutely a 5 star rating. They are easy to work with from the initial call of scoping and scheduling all the way through to this review. My technician was probably the most personable tech I’ve ever worked with in my life (for any service). He talked me through everything in terms that a non-tech could clearly understand. A truly fantastic experience and I will definitely use them in the future.

I love working with Home Comfort. They have been out twice, once for regular maintenance on my furnace and, most recently, they replaced a water heater. Both times the Home Comfort team was very responsive, sending an estimate the same day, pricing was competitive, and service was top-notch. Installers arrived right on time, very professional, and did a great job. A++

This is the 2nd I have used them.
In February my boiler stopped working in the middle of the night. Of it was one of the coldest days. My made an emergency call at around 11:30. The on call tech was coming from Crystal Lake,lL. He got there around 0230.
Craig was totally professional and respectful of my home. He walked me through the whole process. He was very quick and efficient.
So now this brings me too today's visit.
Noticed it was getting colder, tested the boiler, 1st FL pump doesn't work.
He replaced the pump. Drained the system and tested the 2nd floor pump,
unfortunately it was seized . Craig was very considerate to find the most cost-effective remedy and walk me through the other options. He was very clean and knowledgeable. As far as I'm concerned I will never use anyone else.
Home Comfort deserves all 5 stars and I would highly recommend them. Oh let me add this, I called and I got voice mail,
but within 15 minutes I had a return call
from John, totally awesome guy, appointment the next day.
