Travis and his partner came out the same day I called and at the time frame I was given, they were very courteous and professional. There were two possible fixes to the problem and Travis suggested we try the less invasive fix first which we did and it actually corrected the issue. I appreciated the fact that he didn’t jump right to the more expensive fix. Honesty is hard to come by these days. Problem solved and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Home Comfort and will certainly use them again if needed.
