    Damian knew exactly what was wrong with our AC unit and was able to fix it same day! He also shared valuable knowledge about our hvac system that we did not know. For example did you know you are not only supposed to change your air filter but ALSO your humidifier filter?! Didn’t even know we had a humidifier filter…

    Damien is the nicest guy you'll meet. He's professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly: My inducer motor was busted. Damien then purchased the motor, came back within a couple of hours, fixed it and thoroughly inspected and tested the furnace to make sure it was working well. He was keen to explain the details, which was very helpful to me. He even came by the following day to fix the air-flow and made sure I had heat during this crazy winter-freeze. I highly recommend Damien and MyGuyHVAC for all your HVAC needs.

    Our excellent experience began with Rochelle listening, understanding, and helping facilitate our AC issue and then going above to get a technician to accommodate our availability.

    Our technician, Damian, was not only prompt in making it out to us, he also diagnosed and solved our issue in no time and went on to assess and share knowledge on what we could be doing better to improve our HVAC system, which we are now already seeing/feeling.

    Consider me one very happy and wiser homeowner! Could not have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this company.

    I submitted for a quote for a new unit and I received an e-mail back right away scheduling an estimate. Damian came for the estimate and he spent a lot of time taking measurements and talking to me about the different types of units and how they work. This definitely helped me make a correct decision. I had 3 estimates and My Guy HVAC was the most fair. This made me realize that the other two companies were really padding their margin. The scheduling process was easy and the install was great. We also purchased a seasonal tune up package. They send out reminder cards when it is time to schedule maintenance to make sure that your unit it running at peak performance. I am truly impressed by the customer service that Dan and Damian provide. You don't find this type of communication in a lot of companies now a days. I highly recommend using these guys.

    Absolutely fantastic service. Our A/C wasn't working during the hottest week of the summer and Daniel sent out his lovely technician, Nick, on the same day we contacted him to get us sorted. Nick was very friendly, very efficient, and took the time to explain the issue to me which I really appreciated. He was also very conscientious and wore a mask and special shoe coverings when entering our home, so we felt very comfortable having him. He fixed the issue very quickly and gave us tips for ongoing maintenance. Topnotch service, would highly recommend.

    We had MyGuy replace our furnace, AC, water heater and humidifier. Part of the work included their having to vent these to the outside, which meant drilling through the house, as well as replacing some old sections of pipe.

    Here's what went well with this project: Everything.
    Seriously, even during mercury retrograde it all went perfectly.

    Contacting the company: When we called for an estimate, an actual live human answered the phone. This warm and helpful person booked an explained their quote process and scheduled an appointment in their next available opening, which was the following week.

    Quote: Everything happened as promised. The quote was clear, included product information so we were able to do research on the equipment, and they also provided options for 'good' and 'better' equipment. Their prices are fair and reasonable.

    Communication and Responsiveness: We were contacted the day before the quote and work was started to confirm when their crew would arrive. Emails and questions were answered in an extremely timely manner - much sooner than expected. Scheduling the work went smoothly - and the crew showed up exactly as promised.

    Installation: The crew did a great job and were very polite and professional. They showed us how to change settings on the water heater and furnace and advised us on the type of filters to use in winter vs summer.

    Followup: After the work was done, Dan emailed us to see if we had any questions, and even registered our equipment for us.

    Working with this company was a pleasure, and everything happened exactly as promised. They exceeded expectations from start to finish.
    We're happy to recommend My Guy HVAC and would absolutely hire them again. .
