Matthew from Miron was awesome. They were busy in the winter but remembered me and called me back when available and sent out Lukasz to tune up my furnace, and heat pump and humidifier. Lukasz was amazing and professional. He helped explain things to me and was very nice. I will definitely be using them in the future. Fair pricing and clean work.

Robert and his team are very professional and organized. From booking to repair, Lucas and Matthew were timely, efficient, and provided a good service at good value. I will not use any other service besides MIRON going forward.

Requested a service call on my father-in-law's house because of great local ratings here on Google. AC was dead and they quickly found that the system was leaking. They took the time to clearly explain how patching the leak and then putting new refrigerant in the system would create pressure and probably crack the 27 year old system again. Knowing that his furnace was also 20+ years old, I asked for a quote and timeline. The quote was outstanding and thanks to their pro partnership with Rheem, they are one of the few guys that can still get their hands on equipment quickly. From the initial call for service to final installation was only a few days and now my father-in-law's house has a completely new HVAC solution that will last for the rest of his life.

When everything was finished, they walked me through it, made sure everyone was satisfied and there were no games with the final invoice. If you're in their service area definitely give them a call. I wish there were 6 stars available for companies like this.

My experiences with Miron have always been great. They are professional, efficient, and kind. The latest person to service our heater, wore slippers over his boots, identified the issue and covered the details with me, and resolved my problem quickly. Miron personnel record all the aspects of their work creating a though record of each visit. They also provide recommendations for best HVAC practices.

Lastly, they got our call on the coldest Chicago day this December. They were swamped and were able to provide us service same day. Would recommend them to anyone.
