Purchased a new 3 Ton Residential HVAC system and blower. Five Star 24/7 technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They answered questions and addressed all my concerns during the installation process. I was equally impressed with the care exhibited during removal of the old condenser / blower and installation of the new HVAC system. They were very careful with their tools and caused NO damage to the new equipment or the interior walls and floors of my home as they worked.

I would highly recommend their services to my family and/or friends.

Professional job, done quickly and efficiently. All employees took care not to leave any mess or dust when finished for the day and were communicative as the process progressed to keep me abreast of the situation and how long it would take to install. Highly recommended .

I used Five Star to replace my old AC system. They were competitively priced and very professional. I felt very good from the beginning that they actually took the time to make sure they were quoting and installing the proper system, compared to some other companies that just looked at what we had and said here's the new version. The install team was on time and very professional as well.

Edit: I had them replace my boiler system and install a second zone as well. Still very pleased with the service and quality of work. We had a few issues with the new boiler once we added the new zones and they stood behind their work and get it corrected to work without issues.

Definitely will use again for any of my HVAC needs.

My back deck was demolished and they destroyed the line to the AC unit, Five Star fixed everything, the A/C is working perfectly, and at a reasonable price. I will always use Five Star

In this day and age it has become incredibly difficult to find someone who will show up when they say they will, do the job well and charge a fair price. Five Star checked all of these boxes for us. They installed a high velocity cooling system and a heat pump in our bungalow attic remodel and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Mark and his team were great! We had them over to install a new boiler for our home. It was tough finding a company that did boiler work and I am really glad we found Five Star! We will definitely be using them again.

We bought a new HVAC system from Five Star. Our estimator Pete and installers Rich and George were all great to work with. Obviously we weren’t happy when the old system died, and with the prices almost like buying a car these days, I got eight different estimates. Five Star offered the best combination of quality, value, and financing options. In addition, if you’re interested in getting a heat pump instead of just a conventional air conditioner, Five Star was one of the few companies that actually demonstrated any knowledge of heat pump systems. A lot of other companies are stuck in the past. Five Star was able to schedule us the same week for the install, which was important with winter coming on. Now we’ve got a new heat pump, and we’re going to save lots on our gas bill! I recommend Five Star without reservations.
