Sergio, Erik and Mark have done several installations for me and my clients. I have been very pleased each time. They arrive when they say they are going to. The price is fair and they leave the area cleaner then when they arrive. Most importantly, they test the product before they leave to make sure all is working properly. First time customer and highly recommend! New to my neighborhood and my AC stopped working. Randomly called Five Star after an internet search and they arrived same day and figured out I actually had an electrical issue but were able to resolve a pretty complicated problem. Mark and team are very, very thorough and professional. It is clear they are passionate about their industry and making sure your unit works first and foremost.

I interviewed and tried 3 different A/C companies to the tune of $700 and NO fix before a colleague referred me to 5 Star.
Mark was amazing; he came out within a day and assessed the problem and had his team come to install all new duct work and fix my A/c within a few days. They worked VERY hard and were extremely knowledgeable and professional.
This past weekend I had an unrelated A/C issue and I called on a Saturday. Thomas came out SAME DAY at NO EXTRA CHARGE. He solved the problem and then actually decided to come back a second time at 6pm on Saturday to make sure his evaluation was complete. INCREDIBLE. This is the BEST company. Throw away Four Seasons, Oasis and all the others. They are no where close to 5 Star!!

I am very thankful that the HVAC Guys were diligent about finding a replacement part for my older HVAC System. It all got sorted within a week! And I liked how they kept me informed via text and email. I got my initial appointment booked within 7 minutes after my first inquiry!!

Five Star’s technicians did a great job of checking my a/c system and making sure it was ready and working for the summer heat. They were bery efficient.

We needed to have our condenser replaced after 20 years. Mark, the owner, had to come to meet with our condo board reps regarding what turned out to be a more complicated installation than was expected. He was terrific, always helpful and on call. We are enormously impressed with Five Star. Tom and Ivan did a great job and we will always recommend Five Star. They’re terrific!
