    We have been very pleased working with this highly professional company. Everyone has been responsive and helpful. We had our furnaces serviced and a new boiler installed. We worked with Bill, Dustin, Taylor, Jose, John, Vasil, Tara and Lauren. Each one of them made the job go smoothly and were always there to answer our questions and address any concerns.     I initially gave Home Comfort Services a 5 star review but changing this to 1 star due to recent events.

    I called Home Comfort Services in July 2022 to fix my AC when it broke down since they installed the AC in my unit in 2020 before I moved in. The previous owners left the invoice which included warranty on parts for the new AC. However, I was told that the owners needed to transfer the warranty to me so it might be void for me. Either way, I still had Home Comfort Services come in since they installed the AC.

    The issue appeared to be the pressure switch going off so they just flipped that back on. Unfortunately, the switch continued to go off after they came to check on it for unknown reasons and continued to give me issues. I called them again in April 2023 to fix the ongoing issue. They determined that the AC unit needed cleaning so that’s what they did. Now here we are a couple of months later and the AC isn’t working again. Called again to share that AC wasn’t working and asked if they could guarantee they could fix it if they came back. They said they could not guarantee they could fix it. I just wish they were more transparent about this with me in the beginning. I’ve paid a total of $1,000 so far and my AC still isn’t working. I have a compact AC unit so I understand if it’s not something they can fix but that’s something that should be shared with customers up front. Not a $1000 later.

    We've used Home Comfort for years. Today Travis arrived on time and in quick order had performed our annual spring maintenance service under our Comfort Plan. Nice to know that at least twice a year things are being checked out!

    I called the emergency telephone number Saturday April 8th due to an issue with my thermostat. The operator was kind and professional. Above all I mentioned I had my mother's 70th Birthday celebrations that afternoon and was hoping a technician could reach out to me sooner than later. The woman (I think her name was lauren) working the dispatch call office made a note on ticket and in less than a half an hour a technician called me working around my schedule, which was amazing. I then spoke to the technician (I think his name was john) who talked through my issue and made the conclusion that it would have to be a part ordering fix on Monday that could not be handled during the weekend, and related that due to my system he would not even waste my time putting in a temporary fix that would not resolve my specific issue anyways. He did not try to come over to just charge me for that information. Thankfully my issue with my thermostat resolved itself with a hard reboot, but the professionalism/honesty of not making the call into an emergency visit that wouldn't in effect resolve my issue was a god send. Most companies I have used in the past attempt every which way to make a visit to charge you and get some profit out of greed, digging into your pockets unnecessarily. Due to their honesty and ensuring that I wasn't charged for an unnecessary visit, Home Comfort Services will be the first company I call to inspect and/or fix my HVAC system in the future. I hope that these two employees are commended for their customer service after management sees this review, as this is how every company should operate towards prospective customers.

    I am very familiar with Home Comfort as my boss has a contract with this business. They all are very professional, especially Travis! He is an experienced technician who was able to come to my home on the same day as my call. He thoroughly explained what was happening with my boiler and what it would require to fix it. He repeatedly asked me if I had any questions. He took his time in explaining (and re-explaining) what was needed. Travis is knowledgeable and confidently answered all of my questions. I hired them and know I’m in good hands!
