Once again, Home Comfort hit a home run! Our technician, Skerdi, did an amazing job today of being courteous, friendly, professional and thorough with his maintenance visit.

Taylor is a wonderful and helpful tech. He came in for our annual HVAC service and checked out both A/C and furnace. I talked to hime about the fact that our thermostat was acting funky, going down to 68 at times, 70 at times but not maintaining the 72 deg which was programmed. He replaced the unit and showed me how to program. At all times he was very courteous, clean and meticulous.

I called Home Comfort because my regular HVAC company was booked through June. The owner (Dan Schacke) actually came out to do the repair. Really nice guy that didn’t mind me hanging out and asking questions about the problem/repair. He took the time to explain the steps he was taking to diagnose the issue and quickly resolved it once it was identified. Thanks Dan, and stay cool out there!

We have used Home Comfort for years and have been happy with their work. It’s easy to schedule an appointment and service people are very knowledgeable. Tony was the tech that came out today and he was great!!

They definitely are very professional. They explained all the pertinent information very well.

I was expecting an estimate about a week ago, I did call them and they did tell me that would get it over to me.

Appointments were well handled -- email or phone -- with plenty time to schedule and change options. I had a family issue pop up and Home Comfort was able to contact their serviceman in the building and he serviced me very promptly. Craig, the tech, was prompt, efficient, polite, friendly. He offered a potential upgrade (which I put off decision until fall maintenance) and he was gracious about that. And, best of all, my Home Comfort equipment continues to work well. I'm warm and toasty when appropriate; cool as the proverbial cucumber when I wish. Every home/condo owner deals with a variety of providers. Wouldn't it be nice if they were all as great at Home Comfort!

Overall they did a great job. My technician, Skerdi, was very prompt, kind and he did a great job! I would definitely recommend HomeComfort any day!!

I called yesterday to report a problem with our heat and a technician was with us within 24 hours. He was thorough, professional and communicated clearly what our action plan should be.
