Taylor came as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was in and out of the house but was careful with our pets and was courteous to our neighbors. Though he couldn’t fix the problem he directly connected us with his office to order a new unit and we had an install date scheduled before he left. Very fast, courteous and informative. Pictures were included with the invoice for the inspection he did showing exactly what was wrong and all the work he did. Very impressed.
