Can't say enough good things! They were extremely quick getting back to me and setting up an appointment for the technician to look at my AC unit and day of, I was given updates on where the technician was along his route to my house. On top of that, my technician, Tony, was extremely nice and explained everything that was going on and what needed to be fixed! Will definitely be calling them again!

Dan and team performed a whole bunch of work... replace water heater, add hepa furnace filter, cleaned ducts, ran nrw wire and installed nest thermostat and more. Super clean work. Super responsive. The situation was difficult as we're still in Boston before moving. Dan easily coordinated all jobs, took lots of pictures so we could see the work, and was great in communicating progress and asking questions as needed. We would not hesitate to use Home Comfort again!

This company is very professional and honest. I had a quote from another company and the guy suggested I change my whole Ac unit and furnace. I brought in Home Comfort Services and all they needed to replace was a condenser which was a couple of hundred dollars. They save me thousands of dollars and my AC works perfectly fine. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them.

and I just wanted to give him a shout out
for doing an awesome job. I got a text
and an email to alert me that he was on
his way, as well as a phone call from him
personally to let me know he was
coming. They had all the appropriate
masks and footwear and we're extremely
pleasant to speak with. He got right to
work and spent enough time with my
equipment to thoroughly check them
out. After he was finished he explained
to me exactly what was done, what he
would recommend I look out for as well
as pictures of what he was talking about.
l also got a follow up email from Home
Comfort with detailed invoicing as well as
another copy of the pictures and PDF of
the checklists that they used. I would
highly recommend Home Comfort. No
surprises, good work and pleasant
personnel which is a rarity these days.

Home Comfort has been doing our heating/air conditioning/plumbing for years.We are absolutely thrilled with their expertise and customer service. Craig was out today and it was like seeing an old friend! He is so knowledgeable, professional, and just a great guy! All the workers are nice and friendly!!

We've been using them to service a few buildings we own and have had a great experience. They always have good availability and thorough service. They even take pictures of the work they do so when I had a question about something they just had to look at the pictures and didn't have to send a tech out. Makes life so much easier!
