Dutchman is the best HVAC company with whom I have ever worked. They are transparent in communication, dedicated in their continuously responsive service, and always good about explaining what my system needs or will need. They are totally reasonable and a long established local company. I will use only them whenever I have any HVAC needs.

This was our second opportunity to work with Dutchman Heating and Cooling. The first time they replaced our furnace which was damaged during a flood event. We loved them so much, we asked them for a quote to replace and relocate our condenser unit . The sales guy was knowledgable, answered all our questions, and did not pressure us into a purchase. They provided everything in writing so we could review the quote at our own pace and once we decided to hire them, they quickly got us on the schedule and had our job done correctly, neatly and fast. Their workers were polite, they took care around all of our extensive landscaping and we couldn't be happier with the results. Dutchman is a fantastic company, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Dutchman went out of there way to take care of my family and me during a difficult time. I had to reschedule due to COVID exposure and they worked with my schedule at the hospital. Afterwards I had to replace my furnace and they were able to help lower the extreme stress I was going through. I even got a call from the owner, Mike, to send out a second technician to ensure that they made the correct diagnosis on the furnace. Jamie also made sure to get me scheduled as quickly as possibly as my 3 month old was freezing in the Chicago winter. I want to thank them for doing an excellent job when Home Warranty of America refused to honor their own contract even when their own second opinion technician said the furnace needed replacing. thank you

Dutchman Heating and Cooling are my go to for any issues that arise with my a/c or furnace. Had a new a/c system installed with them this past summer and just had my furnace touched up with them. Jose was amazing. Super friendly and explained everything every step of the way. He was thorough and out in less than an hour. I have nothing negative to say at all about Dutchman.

I found they gave me great service at a fair price. All options and prices were explained to me before the work was done. There was absolutely no pressure or "up selling." The technician arrived on time (actually early, but he called first.) He was very friendly and courteous. The work was done immediately and my system has been working well ever since.

Service Tech Jose was efficient and took the time to explain everything related to my A/C service. He even spent time afterwards answering my questions about long-term A/C maintenance habits to prolong the life of my unit.

I will definitely call Dutchman again for any future HVAC needs.

We wanted you to know how much we appreciate the excellent service your technician, Yaser, provided today. He arrived on time, was courteous and professional. He took time to do the inspection of our heating system and perform a very thorough cleaning. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Our furnace is functioning perfectly. We purchased a new furnace and AC unit from Dutchman in Fall 2014. They did a really good job. The quality of the work was top notch and our home is MUCH more comfortable with the new systems. Their installer was very professional.

We moved in two years ago and have used Dutchman due to previous owner using them. We stayed with them based on their tremendous service. We typically get the same service person, Matt. Matt is a professional, goes the extra mile and explains issues throughly. Highly recommend Dutchman.
