Great experience as always with Dutchman, very knowledgeable technicians who answer any and all questions. I feel much better about my AC/Furnace with their servicing and will continue to use them in the future.

We had our air conditioner and heater installed last year and could not be happier with the performance, and the service. We just had the air conditioner cleaned and serviced as well. I would highly recommend Dutchman!

Edit: we have been on the preventative maintenance plan and so far everything is great. The technicians are really nice and courteous, and they take the time to explain what they're doing. They even share some tips and tricks!

The wonderful folks they have answering the phone and helping to answer questions are absolutely AMAZING! I am a single mom and needless to say with inflation and everything else going on money is tight. Her demenanor was warm, helpful, and patient as I attempted to explain what what going on with my unit. She listened and thoroughly explained the typical procedures and costs...she also reassured me their techs did NOT complete work without first making me aware of the final cost. I am definitely using this service again!

The Dutchman service rep, Clint, was very helpful in reporting the status of my 14-year-old furnace during my annual cleaning visit. He determined a failing part and had a replacement on the truck, saving us both a second visit. He advised me on filter changeout, temperature management and when to schedule the Spring A/C check. I recommend Dutchman for their thorough and efficient service.

Jaimie was so pleasant, helpful, and reassuring over the phone and she was able to make a very unpleasant situation much more bearable. Yaser came very promptly and was both cordial and professional. He repaired our A/C system very quickly and properly explained good maintenance habits with patience and grace. It was a pleasure to have him visit our home, overall an excellent customer service experience!
