Used them to install a new unit several years ago and was happy with the result. I have been trying to have them come replace another unit, but it has been over a week since initial contact and still no estimate. Owner personally responded to my issue as soon as he was made aware. He then went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Jose was the technician and he was professional, attentive and friendly. I had a lot of questions for him and he was kind enough to take the time to answer. Glad i found these guys and definitely recommend.

Every person I interacted with at Dutchman was helpful and patient with me, even through heat, humidity, and my constant calling for updates for installation of a new air conditioner.
Customer service is excellent.

The technician was on time, polite and careful about checking things out. He replaced the thermostat as it was not functioning but he also checked out some other things on my HVAC system to make sure they were working. It was more expensive that I had expected, but it appears to me that he did a good job.

Best HVAC company around! They go the extra mile to leave you with a personable experience and try to do right by the customer. A rare find in today's world.

We were totally satisfied with Mark's service to our furnace. He did a great job and is personable and quite competent. We definitely want him for any future furnace/AC work that comes up.

Dutchman Heating & Cooling Inc. is top-notch. Abby (spelling?) & Jamie were so helpful & patient with me on the phone. & Matt & Rhema were pros. They were very thorough, kind, & personable. Even as I lurked over them while they worked. They also both wore PPE which my wife & I appreciated.

I hope to never have to call them again. But if I do, I know I'll be getting the best.

Gave us an honest assessment of our situation. Knowledgeable and competent enough to correct another company's mistakes. Came back out to follow up on a minor issue from work they did. Pleased with our choice to have them come out for our HVAC work.

Serviceman was very professional in explaining what services he performed, the current condition of my A/C system and what I should do as the homeowner to maintain system. No pressure to sell me new system.

Scheduling was easy. Jose came on time and was professional. He quickly inspected, cleaned and made repairs same day. Very happy with Jose and Dutchman!
