Terrence is a great tech. He will let let know what is needed and nothing else. He indicates what will be the best solutions for long term and not short term. Personally, I highly recommend Air-Rite Service. Air-Rite techs are professional. They are not a pushy sales reps. The techs were capable of knowing what is needed only. Mike is great! Very thorough and helpful. I think this is the third time he’s been to our house.

My thermostat died this weekend. I wanted to get it replaced before it got hot again. I called, left a message and they called me back before 10am on Monday. They were able to dispatch someone that day! Mike came and installed a new smart thermostat. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Great experience all around!

The Air-rite team has been to my home 3 times in the last month. Once to check on a gas leak, 2nd to clean and maintain both the furnace and AC and 3rd to repair an AC leak. All 3 times they have been wonderful. They are friendly, on time, clean and efficient. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and they have great customer service.
