We have a plan with Air-Rite where a tech checks our system twice a year. We once again had Nick, who as always was very polite and professional and did a thorough job.

We have been a member of “comfort club” for many years. AirRite reminds us to do our annual maintenance on the heater and AC each year, keeping them in good shape. Technicians are consistently on time, professional and knowledgeable. They do a good job and have been dependable.

I have always had a great experience dealing with Air-Rite. I had a recent issue where one of our furnaces was not heating. They came out quickly, accessed the issue (they did not have the part on the truck) and came back a made the repair. It ended up cheaper than I expected. They call before they come, gave me a time window and arrived when promised. They also let me know what was done and great communication through the process. I would recommend them for any HVAC work.

Ralph Williams was very professional. Very quickly diagnosed the situation and made the necessary repairs in a short time. System now working well. Very pleased.

Tony was awesome! Tony showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. After verifying any warranty work he replaced the thermostat and continued to clean and inspect our heating system. Tony took the time to check every component and inform me of what he was doing in the event there were questions or future problems. Tony was friendly, professional and cleaned up the area. I would definitely use Air-Rite again and ask for Tony.

Jason did the estimate for a new A/C. He is very nice and down to earth. Ken and Chris came to do the installation. Both are very polite and professional. This is my first work with Air-Rite. Highly recommend it! Hope this 4-ton Carrier A/C will last a long time.
