I have trusted Air-Rite for HVAC service over many years, moving to different homes. As Board President, I enrolled all units in our Lincoln Park condo building to be serviced by Air-Rite. The Spring/Summer inspection was completed today by 2 outstanding techs, Leo and Zach. Zach was assigned to service my home, did 5-star work with a most pleasant demeanor. He is very skilled, offered a detailed explanation of the inspection and maintenance needed, leaving me with the peace of mind that my system will function properly until it is again time to call in Air-Rite for Fall/Winter service.

Nick, from Air-Rite, is incredibly professional and knowledgable. He is thorough in explanations about any necessary work needing to be completed. He is respectful of our home and has developed a great rapport with our family. We have been with Air-Rite for YEARS. We are annual maintenance contract holders and it is great. Ralph is amazing. My husband has MS and as part of that he has heat intolerance which means we need our AC from March thru November. He thought thru the issue and recommended an additional device that is allowing that type of use without causing freezing up issues. Air-Rite is always responsive and on time! Thank you all!

Terry showed up on time for an air conditioner annual service. He was very polite and pleasant. He worked very diligently, running through all of the checks to make and cleaned the outside unit. Very pleased, as always, to have Air-Rite do our service!

Terry did a great job. He was on time and thorough. He explained in detail what needed to be replaced and the cost involved. He also presented a preventative maintenance program to me. The job was done to my satisfaction and done in an efficient manner.

The gentleman that gave us an estimate was very professional and helpful. His proposal was to me minutes after he left and a follow-up call was received the next day for any questions. I took 3 bids and theirs was not only the best price, I considered them the most competent and responsive. When I accepted the bid, I had the install just 3 days later and the 2 man team were on time, quick and didn't 'find' things to upcharge. I paid what was quoted and I could not be happier with this company. I will have to replace my air conditioner in a couple of years and I guarantee they will be the first call. I can heartily recommend them.

Jake was amazing! He thoroughly explained the issues with my A/C and it was fixed promptly. He was the 2nd tech to come as the issues weren’t fixed the 1st visit. He was professional and offered to return if needed. Much appreciated.
