Air-Rite was the original installers of the HVAC system when my parents bought the house back in 1980 so I decided to call them to replace the original furnace. Everyone I interacted with at Air-Rite were very friendly and professional. Jason was very upfront and accommodating with the purchase of the new furnace. The technicians were very professional in both their interaction with me and the work they did. They even hooked up my humidifier to my current thermostat which I didn't even realize was an option. Usually with a big purchase like this, I'm skeptical and weary wondering if I made a mistake or if there were better options, but this time I was very happy overall - thank you!

Our annual AC maintenance service was performed efficiently and at the scheduled time. Jake Kroll was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and informative.

This was my first time using Air Rite. I have been with my HVAC company for 14 years. I needed a new furnace/AC/humidifier. My company quoted me 4,000 more than Air Rite. I did not chose Air Rite because of the lower cost...trust me it's all expensive...I thought the sales guy Joe H was excellent! This is a big job and I was very nervous to use a new company. My other company wanted to see if they could match AirRite. They could not and they tried to make me feel like I was getting screwed. Later when I talked with Joe, he had the best line and that sold me on choosing his company. Then Terry came out to do a final inspection and the office staff was so easy and organized. The installers Jeff and Rick spent 10 hours removing the old equipment and installing the new. They were very knowledgeable and kept the site clean. The office sent me hardcopies and instructed me on how to send in my rebates. My new unit is so quiet we can now watch TV and not change the volume control. It was a great experience and I am so happy I used Air Rite for my new furnace and AC unit.

Terry from Air-Rite has been working with us for nearly 20 years -- we couldn't be happier. Terry's punctuality, communication and skills are excellent. I hope he never retires.
